The United States expended a lot of time, energy and money making moves and counter-moves against the Soviet Block for 50 odd years. I myself devoted a decade to locating, classifying and shadowing their submarines. But there’s no big Soviet block anymore and the threat the Russians present to us militarily is not as big a concern as other current issues such as terrorism and illegal immigration.

The Russians I’ve met since those “good old days” have all been pretty reasonable people. The women are mostly pragmatic and often times not unattractive. The Russian men behave like American men used to back in the 1950’s. The are “men” and they don’t make any apologies for it.
Russian men drink hard, play hard, and fight harder. Not a bad way to be in my book.

Trump should not let the “liberals” intimidate him from establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with their businesses and government. We’d make a pretty strong team working together against the North Koreans and radical Islam.

Sadly it is going to take the USA, Russia, China and India to combine forces to defeat the Islamic invasion.

USA and Russia working together is the best way to stop ISIS. Nothing else will do. Sometimes you need Darth Vader and Kylo Ren to come together to beat a common enemy.

Absolutely right, and they are additionally thinking in terms of a new USSR version as well. Hopefully they can help us while restoring the vision of the past necessary for their future.

I’m not against a strong Russia. Maybe that can get Germany in line. Us working with Russia is a hell of a lot better than the opposite.
