I am now on my eighth month of sleeping outside, here in Boise Idaho, while working at a Hotel for the past six months I have been preparing for a declaratory judgment to become a private citizen in the future. But first will become a state citizen. The future is all about preparation and knowledge of who we are and what we are going to replace this existing system with.

No, not a greencard. There are several statuses and jurisdictions that one can have. Like there is a difference between the state of Idaho and Idaho. Idaho is an estate and the state of Idaho is a corporation.

Yeah, to much legal terms to try an explain it in a few sentences. Why am I here, looking for those seeking to rule over themselves and their own families. Looking for men who want to learn the law and come out of the system and create something new.

I think I know what he is onto Hitman. I know a little about it, very little, but I think it is supposedly possible to declare yourself a non-citizen to some degree, not sure how it all works out, or if it works at all, but certainly something I would love to be able to do myself I as I am not cool with having my money spent on killing people on the other side of the world who did me nor their neighbors harm and whatnot…

What statutory remedy are you waiting on? what are the deciding factors? a declaratory judgement can provide legal certainty but what are your larger options what may I ask are the details of the pending lawsuit? or a counter claim?

i saw something to that effect in a video,
a guy in a courtroom stating he was a non citizen,
so the laws don’t apply to him..
