From Mens Reddit: The article is in Romanian but you can make out what it’s about by checking out the title.

    http://www.mediafax.ro/social/alienarea-parentala-este-o-forma-de-abuz-emotional-asupra-copilului-monitorul-oficial-15089075

It’s child abuse and a crime against the children so child support arrears are irrelevant. But you have to prove it…how hard is that…lol. I’ve been populating boards for single dads for decades and it is very easy to prove parental alienation. Just bring a witness and film the pickups.

First thing to mention. It did it for the sake of the child and categorised it as a crime of abuse on the child.. The motivating factor behind this law is that the child’s rights prevail and that having two loving parents (regardless of matrimonial status) is healthier and better for the child. The intent of the law man wasn’t to protect non-custodial parents (usually fathers) but it inadvertently does so.
The law states that parental alienation is a form of severe psihological abuse on the child in the form of denigrating the other (non-custodial) spouse and leading to parental alienation.
Proof of this abuse leads to reduced custody or even revoked custody of the parent.

The law is righteous. Just because two adults can’t agree doesn’t mean that a child should suffer.

The fact that it was the result of some circular logic doesn’t negate the fact that it is likely to make things better for both the child and non-custodial parent.

There was a video here a couple of weeks ago where the father was returning the children and the mother’s mom blocked his car in by standing behind it. Your witness idea and video idea also helps with this, as long as it isn’t somebody who will escalate the situation.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

I’m glad Romania is doing this. I wish the whole world will follow their example someday soon.

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I was told the same thing when I lived in Ontario, Canada. The father doesn’t have the right to see his kids but the kids have the right to see their father. They make that distinction so you don’t start to think you have rights or any value. Mom can’t prevent you the kids from seeing you regardless of support payments. Of course, if you’re in jail for missing support payments, not sure what happens.

I bathe in the tears of single moms.

Agreed child abuse is not having contact with your father

I’ve never forgotten what a top lawyer said to me.

He asked to come see the flightdeck (when we could do that).

After I showed him a few things (he was private pilot) I asked him about family court.

    He summed it up thus:

Justice has been abducted and hidden in the law. Not only that, they keep moving the hostages location.

He considered himself a well paid hostage negotiator.

I applaud Romania. Seems they care more about the wellbeing of children far more than the rest of the so called civilised west.

A law that enforces the rights of men, women and children. Too commonsense for most of the west it seems, sucks that Romania was the first to make a system like this.

A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
