Here are this week’s offering of Rock’n’Roll songs that have MGTOW related themes.
While not a traditional Rock N Roll song, it certainly has a MGTOW theme;
First up is Paul Simon – “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover” https://youtu.be/ABXtWqmArUU?t=1
The problem is all inside your head she said to me
The answer is easy if you take it logically
I’d like to help you in your struggle to be free
There must be fifty ways to leave your loverShe said it’s really not my habit to intrude
Furthermore, I hope my meaning won’t be lost or misconstrued
But I’ll repeat myself at the risk of being crude
There must be fifty ways to leave your lover
Fifty ways to leave your loverYou just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don’t need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don’t need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself freeShe said it grieves me so to see you in such pain
I wish there was something I could do to make you smile again
I said I appreciate that and would you please explain
About the fifty waysShe said why don’t we both just sleep on it tonight
And I believe in the morning you’ll begin to see the light
And then she kissed me and I realized she probably was right
There must be fifty ways to leave your lover
Fifty ways to leave your loverYou just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don’t need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don’t need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself freeSecond is Blackfoot “Train, Train” https://youtu.be/hBP15lRprPs
Oh, here it comes
Well, train, train, take me on out of this town
Train, train, Lord, take me on out of this town
Well, that woman I’m in love with, Lord, she’s Memphis bound
Well, leavin’ here, I’m just a raggedy hobo
Lord, I’m leaving here, I’m just a raggedy hobo
Well, that woman I’m in love with, Lord, she’s got to go
Well, goodbye pretty mama, get yourself a money man
Goodbye, pretty mama, Lord, get yourself a money man
You take that midnight train to Memphis
Lord, leave me if you can
Oh, take that midnight train to Memphis
Lord, leave me if you can
Oh, take that train, babyThird is Soft Cell “Tainted Love” https://youtu.be/yDT0yn9jk7M
Sometimes I feel I’ve got to
Run away I’ve got to
Get away
From the pain that you drive into the heart of me
The love we share
Seems to go nowhere
And I’ve lost my light
For I toss and turn I can’t sleep at night
Once I ran to you (I ran)
Now I’ll run from you
This tainted love you’ve given
I give you all a boy could give you
Take my tears and that’s not nearly all
Oh tainted love
Tainted love
Now I know I’ve got to
Run away I’ve got to
Get away
You don’t really want it any more from me
To make things right
You need someone to hold you tight
And you’ll think love is to pray
But I’m sorry I don’t pray that way
Once I ran to you (I ran)
Now I’ll run from you
This tainted love you’ve given
I give you all a boy could give you
Take my tears and that’s not nearly all
Oh tainted love
Tainted love
Don’t touch me please
I cannot stand the way you tease
I love you though you hurt me so
Now I’m going to pack my things and go
Tainted love, tainted love
Tainted love, tainted love
Touch me baby, tainted love
Touch me baby, tainted love
Tainted love
Tainted love

Anonymous6“I Walk Alone”
Yeah!
This television has a poison on its breath
This counter culture of both wicked lives and death
It makes my eyes bleed everytime I turn around
How will they all feel when I bring them to the ground? and I saidI walk for miles inside this pit of danger
A place where no one follows me; I walk aloneI’m sick of all these people talking out their heads
I never understood a damn thing that they said
From words to actions never knowing what they’re about
I guess I’ll have to chew them up and spit them out and I saidI walk for miles inside this pit of danger
I’ve swallowed down a thousand years of anger
The weight of the world is falling on my shoulders
A place where no one follows me; I walk aloneYeah!
I walk alone!
Oh yeah!
Yeah!
I walk for miles inside this pit of danger
I’ve swallowed down a thousand years of anger
The weight of the world is falling on my shoulders
A place where no one follows me; I walk aloneI walk alone!
Yeah!
YOU GO GREGBO! Excellent post even IF that isn’t exactly my kind of tunes—I get the point and those are great choices.
If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.
IF that isn’t exactly my kind of tunes
If only the MGTOW members has access to a listing of your former cassette tape collection my friend, if only. They would be amazed to know that there were mainstream groups besides the soundtrack: “Conan the Barbarian”

Choice addition FrostByte, certain to be a top ten on the list:
Theory of a Deadman – “The Bitch Came Back”
The bitch came back the very next day
Oh the bitch came back thought she was a goner
But the bitch came back she couldn’t stay away
Don’t you know the bitch came backI like her so much better when she’s down on her knees
‘Cause when she’s in my face that’s when I’m starting to see
That all my friends are laughing thinking that we be wrong
Well she’s so f~~~ing stupid that she’s singing alongThe trouble with girls is they’re all the same
Forget the diamonds and pearls they just want a ring
Before you know it you’re like a dog on a leash
Well you can try and change the world but you won’t change meThe bitch came back the very next day
Oh the bitch came back thought she was a goner
But the bitch came back she couldn’t stay away
Don’t you know the bitch came backThere she goes again just always breaking my b~~~~
No matter what I do somehow it’s always my fault
She says I must be cheating ’cause I turned off my phone
But that’s the only frickin’ way she’ll leave me aloneThe trouble with girls is it’s never enough
They love to complain and they never shut up
They like to tell you the way it oughta be
Go on and tell the world but just don’t tell meThe bitch came back the very next day
Oh the bitch came back thought she was a goner
But the bitch came back she couldn’t stay away
Don’t you know the bitch came backIt ain’t a joke when I say I wanna throw you out
(I really mean it, I really mean it)
Look who’s laughing nowThe bitch came, the bitch came back
The bitch came, the bitch came back
The bitch came, the bitch came back
She just couldn’t stay awayThe bitch came back the very next day
Oh the bitch came back thought she was a goner
But the bitch came back she won’t stay the f~~~ awayThe bitch came back the very next day
Oh the bitch came back thought she was a goner
The bitch came back she couldn’t stay away
Don’t you know the bitch came backThe bitch came back the very next day
Oh the bitch came back thought she was a goner
But the bitch came back she couldn’t stay away

Not exactly MGTOW but a good FU song made better by Green Day.
Lifes a bitch, but you don't have to marry one!

Absolutely, thanks for sharing.

Forever Angel by Axel Rudi Pell sounds so very MGTOW.
Check it out. Love this song. Makes mention of being proud of your colours (Red) and “sometimes it seems that you are dancing with the devil” (women.) Of course, that is not the original intention. Just how it can be taken from a MGTOW view point.
=============================
You were born on judgement day
But you don’t care and go your own way
Your living your life and you made your own laws
Fellowship forever, your freeing your souls
Riding with the brothers
Through the wind and the rain
You’re proud of your color
and can feel no pain
Forever angel
Keep on riding
And fight for your rights
Forever angel
Roaring thunder
Through endless nightsSometimes it seems that you’re dancing with the devil
And you recognize that the price for freedom is high
The brotherhood in your life is your highest call
Your the chosen ones, all for one and for allBut you don’t care and go your own way
Very Cool Mana Knight, thanks for sharing
