I have known a woman who got out of more than a few tickets by crying to the police. Once she rear ended a dump truck while texting me a min later I told her to drive and text later. One time her car was in a ditch on its roof. She sent me a photo on Whatsapp. Nothing happened to her – no points, no penalty.

Horrible driver.

And when its not tears, its hormonal rage for god knows what reason.

Dash Cam and, in some cases, office cubicle cam. An audiovisual record could save a man a lot of grief. A he-said-she-said dispute will only result in grief for the man.

@chir, I have dash cams in both vehicles, and they have motion sensors that turn them on if the vehicle is hit.

@Roydale I insist on any MGHOW setting up CC TV with motion activated flood lights. The computer saves all recordings based on any motion, and it’s on a hidden remote hard drive, I have everything that’s moved for the last 2 years, plus the road cam can freeze frame a license plate a 40+ miles an hour, and now with the cloud, some dash cams upload so the data can’t be destroyed. I know my cameras and motion detector lighting deter anyone thinking about robbing me, I’ve been robbed before (multiple times in the city) and it’s one of the worst feeling you can have.
