There must be tons of bipolar women that are trying to date. Because many men have similar stories of dealing with a crazy c~~~ where it’s all too common.

My ex was looking up causes of mood swings on her phone. That was a major red flag. She would always play victim, and in the meantime she was playing mind games to where I found myself questioning who I was as a man.

What was I doing that didn’t meet her expectations?

For someone that doesn’t think in a balanced manner they’ll project all kinds of emotions ranging from overly aggressive to highly emotional all at the drop of a hat. For any perceived slight they’ll lash out, and that’s exactly what she did.

Always. There wasn’t a day that passed to where she didn’t want to argue about something so trivial.

I mentioned Marilyn Monroe and JFK having an affair, and she jumps out of bed saying I shouldn’t have brought her up while we just had sex. Mind you we were discussing JFK’s assassination and some of the things that happened while he was in office.

Then she goes on about that’s like her bringing up Channing Tatum or some s~~~, and I explained what I mentioned was in context of JFK’s tenure as president.

    This happens on a Friday.

Saturday morning rolls around and she wakes me up yelling about Marilyn Monroe and why did I bring her up while laying in bed naked?

    That’s the crazy s~~~ I’m alluding too.

There’s no use in trying to placate someone like that.

No matter how good the sex is it just isn’t worth it.

Even if she preferred to drink only water for whatever perceived reason, a non crazy person would have replied:

    “Just water, thanks.”

But instead she goes on this bats~~~ crazy rampage about how she absolutely can’t drink anything but water for whatever bulls~~~ reason.

Women demand attention. They make up stupid s~~~ to get it. So long as we keep giving it to them, they’ll continue their bulls~~~.

    Yes with a capital SIR.

I think women have always been as crazy as they are now a days, but feminism has lifted the restraints of their crazyness and now they can act and do anything they wanna do without consequences. If feminism existed in America in the 1800s, I have no doubt those women would end up doing the same s~~~ modern women do in slut walks:

^^^^ This!!! – Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

It’s like giving a toddler a loaded handgun with the safety off. What do you think is going to happen? There were boundaries before in society. Now non exist.

Society is only going to get worse, until it crashes, resets, and rebuilds. Happened many times before in civilization – I have no reason to believe that it will not happen again.

When media sets the ideal women as the ultra promiscuous, materialistic, single mom – multi-ethnic-baby making machines, no wonder we are collectively in this state. Even women from good backgrounds can’t help but be polluted to varying degrees by these social norms.

Husbands, boyfriends, and fathers cannot even speak-up to advise of poor decisions or calamity without being label sexist or abusive.

Does mental health problems exist. Absolutely. I see them frequently. Yet, a lot use the label as a crutch to claim victim-hood, make themselves the center of attention, extract resources from social programs, and excuse otherwise horrible behavior.

    Gluten

Im happy that some people take these problems with our food so serious. If there wasnt a trend to healthier food at least for some people, then healthy food would have died out already.
Old vegetables are coming back, more and more biological food.
Deodorant without aluminum, toothpaste without fluoride…well thats great…
About gluten: well did you know that food nowadays has waaay more gluten then 50 years ago? Do you know what gluten does in your gut and your brain? Some people react worse to it then others, but actually its not good for anyone.

That reminds me of my sister. She says “I can’t drink milk because I’m lactose intolerant now.” When I’ve seen her slurp down the milk from cereal bowls as kids. Now all of a sudden she’s “lactose intolerant.”

    I know she’s bulls~~~ting for attention.

Well Im lactose intolerant, too. I know that since about 15 years. I used to drink lots of cerial and milk and I still drink milk..not as much as I used to, but It really is bad for my stomach to a point that my s~~~ becomes fluid and my stomach feels bad.
The little pain in your stomach, isnt the real problem with lactose intolerance, but f~~~ing up your stomach is, because your stomach and your gut suffers and that causes other problems for your imune system and the other organs.

Do you know any animal that drinks mothermilk of another species?
Even if you dont have a lactose intolerance cowmilk is generally unhealthy, for some people more and for some less, imho.
And your sister can easily drink some bowles of cerial with lactose intolerance, without crying for pain.

Oh, I don’t doubt that some people like yourself genuinely can’t drink or eat certain foods. But, whenever a woman says they can’t drink or eat s~~~, I don’t believe one minute of it simply because a lot of women claim s~~~ like that just to gain attention.

As for the whole “we’re the only that drinks milk after adulthood” s~~~ goes, we’re also the only species of animal to go to the moon as well. We’re “the only species of animal” that can actually do amazing s~~~ like that.

Plus, I prefer almond milk more than dairy milk. It’s tastes better to me.

We must have a zillion different diets. With all diets, there are downsides. High-protein diets put an extra load on the kidneys and may cause calcium to be lost from your bones. Too much fat may raise your cholesterol levels. A high-carb diet, meanwhile, can disrupt blood sugar levels, increase the risk of diabetes and lead to energy fluctuations and mood swings.

Ladies do seem to have a favorite diet of the week.

Various high-protein diets claim that cutting carbs in favour of protein can help you to lose weight faster. However, eliminating carbs from your diet completely can be detrimental to health. Carbohydrates are the body’s preferred source of energy, and our brains, in particular, need carbs to maintain alertness and concentration.

So what’s the best diet? I have no idea. Moderation is probably good.

Lactose intolerance can be managed by ingesting live yogurt cultures containing lactobacilli that are able to digest the lactose in other dairy products. This may explain why many South Asians, though genetically lactose intolerant, are able to consume large quantities of milk without many symptoms of lactose intolerance, since consuming live yogurt cultures is very common among the South Asian population.

yes, your body wants carbs, so give him.

So what’s the best diet? I have no idea.

It depends on your body and lifestyle.
If you do physical labor a lot of carbs are good, if you only sit on a chair for the next couple of hours then eat something low carb.
If you just ate alot of carbs you got to be pyhiscally active right after, so breakfast and lunch with more carbs than dinner.
In the evening you should eat low carb and alot of protein, and also because at night while you sleep your body uses protein and if there is none your body will take it from your muscles.
I often eat an egg as my last meal before I go to bed.
Too much protein can damage your organism.
    Eat mainly Vegetables and salads.
Keep your meals small so your stomach stays small, but dont wait until your stomach rumbles.
If your stomach rumbles you are already a little late with eating something.
To compensate the lack of food your body will take it from your muscles and thats not good, because muscles not only look good, they also constantly burn fat.
You can eat alot over the day and still loose weight, if you dont eat too much at once and burn the carbs after you ate them.
Many small meals are key and no soda drinks and other sugar bombs.

I heard that humans in general are genetically lactose intolerant, but europeans/americans have gotten used to drink milk, because we drink milk since a few hundred years and are already genetically modified through our ancestors to stand it better then Asians.

If you have to manage Lactose intolerance first by ingesting live yogurt cultures containing lactobacilli that are able to digest the lactose in other dairy products like you said already shows that milk and milk products arent really a natural food source for humans

1 – The definition of mental illness has greatly increased…as well as the available drugs to mask symptoms…and often cause other symptoms.

2 – Huge rise in victimhood. Where we used to just deal with it, it’s just life, we know must find someone to blame.

3 – Mixing up gender roles. Women are acting like men and men are acting like men.

4 – Birth control. There is no doubt that it messes with a woman’s hormones on some level.

5 – As a society, we don’t work manual labor jobs like we used to. We are not as active as we used to be, and activity tend to fix a lot of ills.

Full disclosure, I do take a loss doses of anti-depressant welbutrion. I don’t consider myself a victim or anything, and it is essential, however it does improve my overall quality of life with no real side effects. It’s just a win win situation as I see it. Again, I don’t feel like anybody needs to treat me differently, or is an excuse for bad behavior on my part.

    Ok. Then do it.

Women NEED a Mans calmness and logic to keep them balanced.

Yes but 25% of the time no amount of calmness, logic or medication will stop their red eye madness
until they become menopausal. Even then its too late.
