I was following this trial closely at the time. Ched Chad Evans was convicted with rape without a SHRED of evidence, or even the “victim” claiming she was raped. The other footballer involved – Clayton McDonald, was cleared of any wrong doing despite also having sex with the “victim”. Evans freely admitted at the time of police interview, to having sex with the woman, had he not done this, he would never have been charged. She claims to remember nothing. I was baffled at the the time that they managed to secure a conviction.

the whole case has been a bungling f~~~ing mess, and the “victim” has had to move house several times after receiving death threats amidst a campaign to clear Evans’ name.

Evans has served his sentence, his reputation is shattered, and his career ruined. A few clubs did attempt to sign him after his release but all withdraw due to public pressure and sponsors threatening to withdraw.

“American Football” players get away clean with real rape, murder, or possession of multiple kilograms of Cocaine. It’s why I ceased watching NFL. Now, that NFL pimps gynocracy I have another reason.

People look at me like I’m bats~~~ crazy for not worshiping professional sports. I’ve better more productive things to do with my Sundays.

i disagree (respectfully of course) There is overwhelming evidence to support his version of events. Footballers in the UK get made an example of, and its common to see witch hunts, and harsh sentences dealt out.

i’m not condoning his behaviour, it just wasn’t rape.

I was just talking about American Football players getting away with literally anything.

Most of those rapes were probably fake too. Now, the Cocaine and dead bodies in car trunks were most real. These players walked. I’d still be doing time for the amount of Cocaine these guys got caught or committing murder. These Cocaine and murder incidents happened more than once too. All with the same result the player walked.

I know fake rapes are a really big issue these days. However, real rapes still do occur. My cousin and her friend were raped and shot in the head and left for dead. My cousin was the sole survivor. She faked being dead until the rapist/murderers left.

These fake rape claims hurt both the victim men and women who actually are really raped have a much steeper hill to climb.

Women who falsely accuse rape should spend at least 5 years in prison. Of course, I do not expect any woman to be honorable. False rape claims seem to be Standard Operating Procedure whenever a woman does not get ALL she wants. They seem to be much more common these days too.

I have no doubt that player has been falsely accused.

Yet, another reason to stay the f~~~ away from women.

FYI: My borderline ex filed a fake rape claim against her ex husband which she admitted to me was false. The guy went through mortal hell getting it cleared.

Yes i see what you’re saying. The “victim” i mention in this case has had to move house several times, after receiving death threats from Evans’ supporters – her name was leaked on social media.

she didnt actually claim at any point that she was raped. The CPS made that decision for her.

This is something that worries me a lot. i’m not sure if my borderline ex has a history of making false rape claims but she’s capable. She once attacked me with my own phone, hitting me round the head with it, after grabbing it out of my hands and attacking me when I tried to retrieve it. I threatened to call the police, and she responded something along the lines of “well if you do that, i’ll lie and say you attached me, and you’ll be arrested” …..sadly, i’d say that would have been the most likely outcome.

I still worry that at any point, i’ll have the police turn up at my house, or work place to arrest me on a frivulous claim made by her. I haven’t seen her months and but we know it wouldn’t take any evidence for them to arrest me.

I’ve kept plenty of angry, abusive SMS, emails, whatsapp messages from her. Kind of an insurance. I also have emails where she admits to stalking, harrassment and hacking. I’ve got plenty on her.

In the athlete situation, I think 100:1 is even being generous. It just amazes me that people will actually take a woman purely at her word. These SJWs actually demand we take a woman at her word

@Joller: BPD’s are notorious for filing fake DVs and rapes. They love restraining orders too. It seems like things are worse in the UK than here. Mine weighed in at 115 lbs and is quite petite. That woman could throw a punch like a 275 lb biker. I would have been f~~~ed had I defended myself.

Unless you have multiple witnesses you can trust plus video never call the police to your aid in a dispute with a woman.

yep. It was more of a threat to deter, didnt work.

had an ex ex ex punch my right between the eyes once, standing outside a bar (for flirting with some girl)

Exactly. The government and the press won’t use the word “migrant” or “immigrant” to describe the perpetrators anymore. It’ll be “Calgary Man” or “UK Man”. it was reported that the UK covered up a refugee gang-rape of a woman this month. If only I could find that story…
