Just in case one did not know. In the USA if your woman/date/wife/old lady, and is mad, she can call the police and say you’ve been drinking. By law, the police now “have” to look for you and pull you over.  Best thing to do then, is refuse the test, especially if you’ve been drinking. Yes, the Judge has no choice then but to take your license away for 30 days.  Hire a lawyer, plea bargain for a lower charge to make it easy for all. Or, fight it saying it was just here say, and 5-0 had no reason to pull you over just because a jealous woman “abused” the legal system.

Many women just love using “The State” and their White Knights in body armor to extract revenge.

In my state, refusing to take the test is the equivalent of getting charged with that particular crime even if you are stone cold sober.  They are even known to do forced blood draws against your will in some of our counties.  I’ve seen a few YouTube videos of victims in these counties being strapped to a gurney in full restraints even if said victim was fully cooperative and having blood forcibly drawn.

Be very aware of your particular state laws regarding intoxicated driving before doing that as the laws vary wildly. False criminal complaints by women against men are so common.  Whenever one finally learns the real reason she did it, it usually boils down to she did not feel that she was getting the attention she thought she deserved.

That’s why I like ignoring women. Besides saving myself the tedium of dealing with today’s feminist overlords I ignore them and that drives them bats~~~ crazy.

The wife/girlfriend probably gave the police “probable cause” with her complaint. Of course if you refuse the test, your lawyer will argue hearsay, but police trample upon our civil liberties and judges always side with police officers, so you are fighting a losing battle.  Police in this country have very flexible laws to deal with and abuse their authority time and time again. People have gotten out of DUI’s from DUI/Seatbelt checkpoints arguing that the police stopping every “5th vehicle” does not equate to probable cause. The ruling probably depends on if your lawyer plays golf with the prosecutor and judge on Sundays.

If you lawyer up with the right lawyer, argue a violation of “probable cause”. You didn’t have a tail light out, you didn’t swerve, you weren’t speeding (etc). Stopping every “5th car” is a violation of probable cause or a warrant to stop a vehicle. Won’t guarantee your charges being dropped, but you’ll at least stand a fighting chance.

Bruh I’ve been in handcuffs a few times because of my ex’s lies, even had retraining orders against me at my own house until she was ready to move out. This is why I avoid these toxic monsters, let them keep fooling the rest of society, they CANNOT fool us!!.
