Peter Lloyd has brought a test case against his local gym for having woman only hours. It’s nice to see the fight back starting to happen. I suspect he will win as the Court won’t want the bad publicity that will follow in the Daily Mail.

Respect to him for bringing this fight. Hopefully he wins as men across the country will then bring similar claims. And it probably won’t stop there

It’s a private business. It can do what it wants. Just like I don’t hire women, I don’t want someone suing me for it.

It’s like ugly people saying, “I want to get in da club!”…not gonna happen. Private membership clubs are business with the freedom to do their own way.

Let them do their own thang.

The venue, owned by fitness company Better in association with Camden Council

Council money in part so they are accountable to the taxpayer, Half of which (roughly) will be men. They can’t do what they want and are subject to judicial review

This might work. There has been pressure of late …. pushback stories in the media may help.

    We shall see.

“A report by the Women Sport and Fitness Foundation showed that a significant proportion of women ‘hate the way they look when they exercise’ “

Probably a fair wager that the men agree. Great article, think this is the same bro interviewed by hardlady and her mangina, ‘have you been hurt?’

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

According to this the gym settled out of court 24 hours before the hearing, of course despite all but admitting they’re in the wrong there’s still no mention of changes to this obviously misandrist policy, and some of the comments are even trying to invoke religion as an excuse now.

The out of court settlement and a book are kinda, “Neo masco – – Retro sandman” with greed somewhere in the middle.

Tell that to those bakers in Oregon.

Private businesses are not allowed to discriminate. At least not against the “preferred classes”.

And how is this legal? Because for decades now there has been constant war against the very word “private”.

The only thing I found was this

In the end, we reached an out-of-court settlement 24 hours before our court date.

In my skimming of the article I did not see what the settlement entailed but maybe I overlooked it.

Yes, I’m aware of them bakers. There is no easy answer since there are many types of businesses. For example, a ‘private’ electric company sure as hell better not discriminate, but if you or I owned a businesses, we don’t HAVE to serve anyone for many different reasons…but if someone throws a fit and gets the attention..then hope that “there’s no such thing as bad publicity”. 🙂

Here’s the video version with the guy who sued the gym.

An out of court settlement is a good outcome. Clearly the lawyers at the Council were scared. This is a good strategy to help fund men’s groups and charities. It forces the issues and also gives a source of funding. He announced in the article that he was giving any money to a men’s charity.

Appeals of cases for gender bias are also already starting:

    http://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/house-husband-battles-divorce-settlement-which-would-force-him-to-sell-home-and-get-a-job-10008082.html

    This is all good news.

As far as I’m concerned that guy is a positive male role model. I will happily marry a woman with that amount of money and be a stay at home dad. She can pay me a £300,ooo lump sum and £50,000 a year when I divorce her and I will argue I get to live in her house.

Come on ladies get your finger out and start earning. Then I can ‘man up’ and overcome ‘being hurt’ while I take all your money.

Then go buy your own exercise equipment and work out at home. I have seen men at the gym that look silly sometimes when working out, but they aren’t demanding men only hours.

Women hate the way they look when they exercise? And the first thing that comes to mind to solve this problem is women-only gym hours (make men sacrifice something to solve their self created problem).

My solution: face away from the mirror, or wear a blind fold when exercising.

Runner up solution: Since the gym is not open to men for as many hours a month as it is to women, the membership fees for men should be proportionately lower, since membership fees are to pay for access.

Look, it's not my fault that tornado dropped a house on your sister. Now get back on your broom and get your ass out of here... and take your monkeys with you

I wouldn’t mind women only hours and places, if they hadn’t destroyed every male only area they could and weaseled their way everywhere. If we can’t have anything, they can’t either. It’s the only way to deal with women. That and MGTOW, but when they force themselves into our places it’s tough to do that and still have some brotherhood and social outlets.
