    Dear men and MGTOW’s,

Leo the wise here, giving to all men their needed uprise.
I released some information about resilience of the body and mind :

We face many hardships more so as a man, even more as a MGTOW as we are fighting against the system and not going with the flow of it.

This situation of being alone against the rest of the world is empowering and alarming. Living as a conscious mind is tedious. Choices from others are still interfering with free will.

This leads to resilience and strength. Possessing the ability to take punches left and right and still standing up, moving going forward.

How to build it ? For your body it will be getting more stamina and endurance, working out.
The training of the mind is complex but no different, maybe more subtle. It requires to slowly learn through collected information, performing analysis along the way…
Life experience can only be sincerely acquired by living: Not by reading a book.

To reinforce this resilience, is a matter of habits, increased regular efforts…

Thanks for the audience, next comments !
And have a nice day you all.

Don’t not underestimate a good book, sir.

A mixture of both is needed.

I agree with ApexScorpion, people coming into this world, new industry or a new chapter in their life need to look at the failures and successes of others so not to fall into holes and traps.

those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn't learn something from him. - Galileo Galilei
