Back then I hated both my job and home life. At work couldn’t wait to get home, an home couldn’t wait to get to work. just going full speed towards nothing in a blur of anger and occasional pills and booze. I’d pray for a heart attack, engage in physically dangerous tasks hoping something would kill me.

Just this morning I got up around 9:45am after extended lazy morning naps. Made some real coffe and a streaky bacon and bbq sauce samich..
