As a new member, starting to swallow some red pills, I would like to hear how you guys develop the monk-mode mindset and live by it? How do you fight the temptation of not getting on Tinder, Badoo, and other dating apps?

I don’t have a smartphone .. my little older flip-phone which I carry in glove box of vehicle is mainly used for calling a tow truck etc if I ever slide down snow covered embankment and roll over against a tree. I am not a full red-piller yet, I assume it takes a long time to become one but I am becoming more open towards it and learning about it every day.
