    That might actually violate federal law and due process within the U.S. Constitution.

    Civil court cannot sentence a person to jail. Civil court can find someone in contempt, but that is not the same as being sentenced and becoming a felon.

    The only way to avoid domestic charges in any state is to avoid marriage, cohabitation and relationships in general. MGTOW is the only way to go.
    I would think that rape qualifies as domestic abuse so how long before charges of rape within a marriage start to increase in frequency in Oklahoma? No proof needed just the accusation alone.
    Things are starting to get scary in the US.
