Is it better to rent, or to buy?
Life's too short to spend with promiscious women. Enjoy your passions while you still can!!
Anonymous14Women? Rent. Some are quite reasonably priced by the hour.
Anonymous1Women? Rent.
Always rent. Remember you can never own it anyways. It’s only your turn.
Anonymous43I don’t rent women, and I only bought one, but it was defective.

Always buy property or houses.
Condo’s are a great investment as you can always sell them for more when it comes time. More and more people are needing to live somewhere and they are not making any more land.
Wine, Beer and Liquor should always be considered rentals.

Anonymous42Around here you’re better off to burn!
Depends on the size of the deposit you can afford to put down, and the size of repayments you can afford to make. Bear in mind that every purchase needs constant maintainence which can be expensive if you want to keep your investment looking good.
Also be aware that what originally seemed affordable in repayments can escallate quickly if interest (or lack of interest), rates rise. Also be aware that having paid off your investment at multiple times the original asking price, you may find yourself bored and looking for a new project. The initial attractions of the investment may no longer apply to your life, or you may find that the sales brouchure was a work of fiction.
Many people get caught out by buying something that has been tarted up for sale, and looks good on the the surface, but peel off the paint, and you find the expertly skimmed plaster hides a horrorfying series of structural cracks.
Only buy if you really know what you’re looking at. If you get stuck with a damaged investment you may find it almost impossible to rid yourself of it.
A good investment with a solid foundation, that meets all your needs for the foreseeable future is worth the outlay.
If not entirely sure, better to rent and give yourself the option of an easy get out if the investment no longer provides the benefits you were led to beleive it would.
It's Time to get Wise
If it flies, floats, or f~~~s — rent it.

Depends. Do you want to someday live in your own house with no monthly payment?
Always rent. Remember you can never own it anyways. It’s only your turn.
Classic response. But in terms of property rent cheap and bank the rest.
Peace is > piece.
In this Turd World s~~~hole, rent. 1) The interest rates are criminal and if you want to buy to rent it out, you’re lucky to get half of what you have to pay the bank every month. 2) Your door could get kicked in at any time and the natives could just take your property. The smart ones here have a backup plan so if SHTF, you grab your passport and run and the property is the landlords problem. See Rhodesia for an example.
Buy land for apartments and then build on them so you can rent it out and make a profit on it and preferable in location that people will rent at,
Apartments where i live go from 750 a month and higher.
Always rent. Remember you can never own it anyways. It’s only your turn.
That is a point i make to anti mgtows when they argue i don’t have a woman and well it is really simple as i am not allowed legally to own one.
Just an east coast asshole who likes to curse, If you get offended by words like fuck, cunt, shit, piss, bitch or any racial slurs then you just scroll down.
Anonymous1if you have no kids rent who you going to leave it to the government ?
You come into the world with nothing and leave it with nothing. So spend your own money while you can.
