Not only did it not get me custody, I was lectured to by the family court judge in open court that a doctor who cares for the needy is not a better parent than a hooker who does porn. He said a parent has a right to their child unless performing child abuse provable in court. He asked me my salary, then about 120K, and fined me 5K for presenting her porn video’s to the court. I was also told to destroy them. I did eventually destroy those images in case my son should accidentally find them someday. I don’t like my ex but love my son and he loves his mom.
I got my custody reduced from 60% to 50% and my ex-wife was refused by the judge in the real matter of the case. She married a super rich trust fund John and wanted me to give up custody so she could move with her new husband to New Mexico.
So unless she has the girl having sex underage she is protected as a “good enough” mom.

Its funny that the smart people never see that giving women, who file for over 80% of divorces, and to a far lesser extent, men, no fault divorce, was the rise and cause for the mishmash of dysfunctional families that form american society now. See that’s the thing: she can’t lose with these rules, at least not directly. But there is indirect damage she does to herself.
