There was an article written in 2011 about a change in China’s Divorce Law Long story short, basically the law states that in cases of Divorce and property, you can only leave with what you had to start with. And with most men being expected to provide a home before marriage, women were walking away without collecting their… fee’s. As we can imagine this caused a plethora of outrage amongst women.

My question is, what do you think was the tipping point for lawmakers their to come to that decision? And what is it going to take for law-makers in the west to reach that same conclusion?

I don’t know much about Chinese politics, but I believe there are elders who have much of the power. The older a man gets, the better control he has over his sex drive. Their society isn’t politically democratic so the women don’t have much clout in that field. I think they’re better set than the west in the long run.

Because of China killing it’s little girls, there is a major population imbalance that gives females all the power.

IIRC, females expect things like cars, huge diamonds, etc to get engaged.

Chinese men outnumber the women therefore it’s only plausible that MGTOW will spread to China and threaten hypergamy, feminism, and gynocentric slavery, their “forced lonely” are mathematical more than socialistic in nature, a MGTOW fire over there would consume millions more than anywhere else.

Recently I talk to a Chinese.

He say he do not believe in love. He envy the life of his wife.
If not for the fact of their parents arrange marriage when they are young and impressionable, no one would get married.

He say in his hometown, the parents purposely set up young children to build a relationship. There is a place where parents gather with their children to make the children “date”.

There is no magic in MGTOW, just recognition of the truth and logical decision how to avoid dangers. The red pill is but the truth, it is no magical potion. Do not think in this modern world men have no longer have natural enemies, men are prey to women and government.

It’s delayed side effect of China’s early One Child policy. That policy was more or less in effect for nearly 35 years and grossly skewed sex ratios. Parents wanted sons so female fetuses were aborted, live female births exposed, female children abandoned, and so forth.

The sons that were kept and raised as a “only child” are referred as Little Emperors because they were incredibly spoiled and coddled by their extended families. The skewed sex ratio also effected the marriage market with a slave trade springing up between China and Southeast Asia to provide brides for the Little Emperors.

The relatively few women on the marriage market naturally embraced a hyperactive hypergamy marrying, divorcing, and fleecing multiple husbands.

In China, taking a man’s house in a divorce doesn’t just involve throwing him out. Very often, it involves throwing his parents out too. With senior citizens being thrown out their homes by the divorce of their sons, the Chinese government stepped in.

And what is it going to take for law-makers in the west to reach that same conclusion?

Having divorce seriously effect people other than men? That’s also why it won’t happen. It’s been repeatedly proven that the current divorce structure damages children throughout their lives, but women will not – and can not – admit that, so the system grinds on.

You notice the only time divorce gets reformed is when divorce adversely effects women. The UK recently reformed it’s alimony laws only because increasing number of women were starting to pay alimony.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

They won’t have to marry for love, they’ll just have to choose their providers more wisely and stick with them to enjoy the benefits of marriage. And maybe behave better so they don’t get kicked out of the relationship themselves.

Divorce law reform just means that women have to play the marriage game on hard mode and produce some kind of ongoing value for a man in exchange for his cash and prizes.

I don’t expect that to happen hear at any point in the near future. I think we’ll just see marriage rates continue to decline. Most of our lawmakers are going to end up being a combination of women and white knights that pander for the female vote and actually promoting equality for them would be political suicide.
