Reggie Yates has split from his fiancée Tia Ward after admitting he was “weirding out” about wedding plans.

The TV presenter, who dated the model for four years, popped the question during a romantic getaway in Rio de Janerio last New Year but it seems it wasn’t meant to be and they’ve parted ways.

A source told The Sun newspaper: The pressure of the wedding got to them and they decided to split. It’s sad because they seemed perfect together.”

Tia, who also runs a travel and fashion blog, has jetted off to Los Angeles for some time alone as she comes to terms with the breakup and even showed off a new shorter hair ‘do on Instagram.

Reggie is focusing on his TV career back in London with new BBC Three documentaries.

He previously opened up about his future plans with Tia in September, telling Mirror Celebs: “We’re trying to figure it out. We’re getting so little done at the moment it’s unbelievable because we’re both so busy.

“But we have our eye on a venue and we’re eyeing up suits and dresses and it’s all coming together.

“It’s a lot of work, way more than I thought it would be, but we’re excited.

“It’s weird because you still sort of feel like a kid and all of a sudden you’re having very adult conversations. It’s weirding me out a bit but it’s all good.”

Tia first hinted the pair were engaged by showing off a huge rock on her wedding finger in a number of Instagram snaps and Reggie later confirmed the news to us at the National Television Awards.

It’s sad news just before Valentine’s Day but it seems the pair are managing to keep themselves busy.

    Spectacular news.

How did he put it? Oh yes. I remember now…..

He “just needs a confidence boost…. so that he can have some success with women”.

F~~~ Reggie Yates. Maybe he finally learned something from trolling the Manosphere after all. His homework got to him.

Twice as fun, because today (FEB 12) is my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary…. if Dad were still alive.

you put a smile on my face every time you drop the Reggie Yates confidence boost line

He truly deserves to have his nose rubbed in his own s~~~. It’s about 11AM in the UK right now. Wouldn’t be surprised if he cracked his computer screen when finding that tweet – while choking on his bangers and mash.

I KNEW he was chewing his own foot off. I owe myself $20 and predicted he wouldn’t marry. Once you look closely at MGTOW, your fiancée doesn’t stand a chance. Especially a “model”. Please. Made the homepage news bullets and already shared on Google+ too.

“What’s so fascinating on your computer Reggie honey?”

“They call themselves MGTOW. They are men that know signing a marriage contract is tantamount to financial suicide. But they just need a confidence boost so they can have some success with women”.

“F~~~!!!!!!!!! I’M SO BUSTED!!!! NOW I CAN’T GET MY CLAWS ON YOUR CASH!!!”

“Yeah it’s weirding me out too. Maybe we should split. It’s all good.”.

MGTOW. For the Win. He’s done.
    Stars aligned perfectly.

Next headline “BBC sacks Reggie Yates”.
Mark it down and place your bets? I have $1 on it.
    F~~~ I can’t stop laughing.

    NO NO NO!

I really wanted him to get married and get what was coming to him in divorce court.

Quick ladies, someone take her place and marry Wedgie Hates. He is a puppet used to carry out proxy violence and deserves to be rewarded with marriage. It couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.

I guess all that toxic ideology at the BBC affects a guy’s mental health. Priceless.

I’m laughing so hard. I really hope my previous post wanting him to get married didn’t knock is confidence. You need a confidence boost Wedgie.

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.

Wedgie reminds me a lot of the younger Tupac. He’s got a similar naieve look in his eyes.

Give him a few years and he may do a complete 180 degree shift in his personality.

Not that he’d ever admit it, but my guess is maybe a little bit of the philosophy of mgtow rang true for him.

Keymaster – can you elaborate or provide links about the “he just need a confidence boost” thing? This is the first I’m hearing about it, but it sounds pretty good…

Keymaster – can you elaborate or provide links about the “he just need a confidence boost” thing? This is the first I’m hearing about it, but it sounds pretty good…

Short backstory. He did BBC fraud-u-mentary on MGTOW called “MGTOW – Men at War” released in late 2015 in which he lied and said MGTOW didn’t want to speak to him – but we were the first to reach out (TWICE in July) and never heard back. Emails posted here.

He wasn’t able to demonize MGTOW (although they tried) but he used clips of motion graphics footage from pages across our site, so we know spent a good amount of time here. In the “piece”, he sits down in front of his laptop and starts reading “what men are saying online”… mostly from elsewhere – like youtube comments and such. Then he shook his head at the Manosphere, and in a smug, know-it-all closeup at the end, he said: “MGTOW just need a confidence boost, so they can have some success with women”.

Idiot hadn’t done the math and realized: A huuuuuge part of “success with women” is never getting involved with (or signing a marriage contract) to the WRONG one.

Now he knows it too. The wedding is off.
He’s not “weirded out”. He’s just not man enough to say “thanks”.

With all that funding and effort for his s~~~ty, failure journalism, the BBC should really fire his ass. But for his own dishonesty, perhaps it’s better that MGTOW permanently made an impact on his own personal life , and achieved it by doing nothing at all – and just being there.

Ironic isn’t it? Turns out the BBC and Veggie Beets “confidently boosted” MGTOW into the stratosphere, and the entire episode had the reverse effect from what was intended.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.
