Red Pill explained — the original –a broader meaning than precisely the way we mean it.
I read the first book in this series so long ago, that I’d half forgotten it. Since those old days of yore, it has spawned a series.
Taking the Red Pill: Science, Philosophy and the Religion in the Matrix (Smart Pop series) Paperback – March 11, 2003

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Anonymous7Added to my list, thanks.
Excellent, I need more red pill books 🙂 they are like water in the desert.
More MGTOW than Red Pill, one of my favorite books is The Long Way by Bernard Moitessier. Book about 1968 Golden globe non-stop, single-handed, round-the-world yacht race.
Motiessier was about to win the race after 7 months at sea, claim the 5.000 GBP reward and get worldwide fame for the first non stop single-handed circumnavigation. Less than 6 weeks from finish back in Plymouth where there was huge celebrations awating he turned east and slinshot a message to Capetown announcing he is retiring from the race and instead going around the world for the second time in a glorious MGTOW moment:
My intention is to continue the voyage, still nonstop, toward the Pacific Islands, where there is plenty of sun and more peace than in Europe. Please do not think I am trying to break a record. ‘Record’ is a very stupid word at sea. I am continuing nonstop because I am happy at sea, and perhaps because I want to save my soul.
I also find a lot of red pillness in books detailing when man is at odds with society. All the blue clounds disappear and red reality hits hard. Papillon comes to mind as prime example.
The choices we make, not the chances we take, determine our destiny
