Not to be insulting, but from personal experience I have found that religion is a blue pill in of itself.

Do not take to mean that I do not believe in deities from beyond this plane of existence. I actually do believe. But, that I believe that deities and the organizations that worship such deities do not have the best interest of their followers at heart.

A variation of the blue pill I am talking about are the drug users that become “born again”. In truth they trade one drug that consumes every waking second of their lives with another drug that does the same thing, the only difference is they are sober enough to talk to.

    Its a good realization.

God isn’t cucked or a beta to anyone, He is the ultimate MGTOW. And he doesn’t compromise and doesn’t play favorites. We have to come to Him on His terms, and those who don’t want to, He lets them do that too. But there’s a price for it and nobody can say they don’t know.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

the mistake is one easy to make, dont confuse what you consider organized religion with worshipping God and studying the bible.

Great topic since it was only a few days ago, I was thinking about all of the things in my life that I value more now that I am done with romantic / sexual relationships with women.

I will refrain from commenting on the prayer aspect since I firmly believe in God and do pray. As well as attribute numerous aspects of my life to God and have only developed a stronger relationship with my creator after my red pill awakening. So – I would never compare my renewed relationship with God as being “better” than sex since they are at opposite ends of a spectrum with one being spiritual and the other (sex) being a biological act that for me was something that was born from my own unresolved issues, narcissism and need to nurture my own ego.

However, back to focus. When I was thinking last week about all of the things in my life that have more value than women / sex, the list was long:

    01: Skydiving

02: Music. Playing guitar and going to concerts

03: Reading. Political philosophy and economic theory

    04: Traveling

05: Getting wasted. Slamming 12+ beers, taking bong hits and as much Methocarbamol as I can ingest before going to sleep for 15 hours straight

06: Hiking, kayaking and being alone

Actually, the Old Testament was part of where I came to my conclusions.

In the Old Testament God rewards the anointed leaders, whom God gives a lot of chances to, while God considers the rest of humanity to be servants/slaves and cannon fodder for the reigns and wars of the anointed leaders.

An example of this was the whole mess/war between Saul and David, included the aftermath of said war. The whole reason God commanded that Solomon (David’s son) would built the temple was because David became arguably worse that Saul.

That is only the Judaeo-Christian example. The other religions of history/the world that I have read about are just as bad or worse.

At this point in my beliefs, I am toying with a quasi non-atheist communist ideal where deities are acknowledged to exist, but people’s loyalties are first towards humanity.

Say what you will about Karl Marx, but that man made it clear he believed that the people should be armed with firearms and ammo.

    have a great weekend guys,

Upon reviewing Abraham Maslow’s “Hierarchy of needs,” He states there are 3 main themes needed in order to achieve Self Actualization.(Self Actualization is the pinnacle of the hierarchy of needs for those uninformed).
They are to aspire in Physical, emotional, and Spiritual needs. (Note: These are not in any particular order;they are all equally important according to Maslow).
At the cost of sounding stoic; I feel that the emotional part is currently the weakest in my own life. I seem to handle 2 of the 3 needs well, and the 3rd lags the other 2 somewhat.

At any rate; once you get past the silly childish “handclasp” notion of prayer; you understand the POWER of prayer and that it is literally conversing with GOD. Religion is just Mankinds view of having a belief mechanism for God.

Good post. I still pray too from time to time, though I find the modern Church pretty unappealing.

    Better than relations~~~s for me:

Watching Liverpool Fc kick ass in the premier league.
PS4 rpgs like the Witcher 3 and hopefully Cyberpunk and Disco Elysium later this year
Dancing, especially to live music of good bands
    Poker, Chess, D&D
    Curry, Mexican food, Real Ale
    Porn
    Travel
Helping the disadvantaged and mentoring other men
    Pets

    Etc

If you fall down 7 times, get up 8

dont confuse what you consider organized religion with worshipping God and studying the bible.

For me it was separating organized religion (very blue-pilled, tradcon and conformist) with spirituality (finding your own connection to universe and higher power).

To each their own in finding a path to peace, happiness and contentment.

I use religion like a mirror – to reflect the truth back on me and to keep me grounded. I do a have a big problem with the generations of queer child molesters who have despoiled and basically bankrupted my Church, and I struggle to get beyond that.
