I agree that in current law and society no marriage contract will have significant meaning, cause amount of women and men pairs who would have willingly signed it, keeping to its terms, also truly knowing and accepting consequences would be statistically negligible (<0.05%).

The same applies to currently “government accepted” version of marriage contract, which is fraudulent in 99.99..% cases.
Note: fraudulent contract I define as contract which at least one of parties would have refused to struck if had full information.

However, time will pass, women come to terms with reality (or get replaced by sexbots and artifical vaginas if not).

There WILL be those who have working contracts for children production. Those who not will extinct. Sorry to hit big nail on heads of those childfree-inclined, pals, but immortality technology is far away; and those who haven’t got children, at least to mentor, have no future.

So, in this frame we can theoretize on possible versions of “marriage contracts” in future.

It may be like: Woman and man living together, regularly having sex. Woman and man may have sex with other partners, but bringing back STD as well as having child “outside” is her or his responsibility, and in the case contract breaks with large fine. After child born, man AND woman have obligation to give him healthy childhood to 4 years, after which contract ends. No obligations to each other follows. Both parents have right for a free access to child, but if they fail to give him proper care, care of child goes to government.

This “contract” has loopholes big enough to rush Titanic through it, but you’ve got the gist.
