First, let me say my icon says:this is what you get,so don’t even bother. That icon was chosen for all women. It means I am not going to do anything special to win you over.
Second, I am an Old Man,probably older than most who are on this site, but I belong here.So here goes.
I was raised by a chronically depressed,alcoholic promiscuous woman. My Dad caught on early & bailed out when I was about 6
Her method of keeping me in line was shaming me. No matter what I did well was never even looked at. I was on a winning ball team ( we won the championship all 3 yrs I played) & not once was there ever ANYONE in the stands to watch me.
I found alcohol at about 16 & drank myself into a lot of trouble. I was openly rebellious
At 20, I joined the Navy & served honorably 4 years & then discharged
I married a beautiful gal I met overseas. She gave me a son.
I was a nervous sort my whole life then under a lot of pressure from job, wife, bills,etc., etc. I blew out like a light bulb.
Lost it all & the next 10 yrs were spent in & out of jails,rehabs & asylums.
Woke up about the age of 40 & lived my life trying to be a good guy( white night) as we say & got red pilled so many times its embarrassing. Caught on to what was going on with the brainwashing I received & began going my own way.
Got a degree. Taught briefly, but when 17 yr old girls started showing up in class with no bras I ran for my life & found different work
I do a lot of reading. I keep up with the times. I don’t hate women. I developed my own survival techniques after being sent to court for complete nonsense
Now, I feign civility when I am around women, I do not take anything they say or do seriously & I subtly disregard them or ignore them entirely when in a public place. That’s why my first introduction was ” I ain’t got nothing for ya”
I live alone,retired on a fixed income & I love it. I have found my way here & I have found my peace. Thank you! MGTOW

Any attempt at honesty is courageous and manly.

I am grateful for your considerable honesty JZ.

Your life stories, perspectives, and explanations (Mansplaining) are fine examples for other men.

I am now looking at Friedrich Nietzsche’s book “Thus Spoke Zarathustra” again, but this time with MGTOW eyes.

The parallels to preserving the current status quo are interesting.

Having “peace at any price” and remaining asleep to reality are requirements for living on the Blue Pill Plantation and problematical for a Free Man (MGTOW).

Anyway, it is good to read how you eventually landed on your feet and ended up as a free man, MGTOW.

I look forward to reading your posts and comments in the Forums.
