I am writing this in response to a posting by JediSovereign posting “The Horrors of Divorce For Men”.

Okay, I responded in a posting the other day that I’m really into MRA.  However his posting was of a youtube video that I have linked below.  If you guys knew this before then I apologize for rehashing old news.  I have to tell you that It blew my mind to find out that in the United States, Judges are federally incentivized by the amount of child support they order as part of family court proceedings.  This means that they are getting pay check bonuses from the federal government to ensure that the primary bread winner (mostly men) has to pay child support.  The only way to ensure this is to order that the non-primary bread winner (mostly women) get primary custody.

Now I am one of those minority fathers that has joint custody.  I am convinced that the majority of the influence that my ex had in not contesting this was that she understood just how far I was willing to go to ensure that I got at least joint custody of my three sons.  I have a friend that was in court proceedings and mediation for over 4 years until he went from non-custodial parent to primary custody.  I took him five years, a verifiable case of child abuse on the part of the mother, and tens of thousands of dollars to make sure that this happened.

I took a look at http://mensrightsactivism.com and couldn’t find anything about this issue right now.

Does anyone know of a legitimate MRA type site that I could look at?

I also found a link to a petition against this on http://www.petition2congress.com.  Can anyone tell me if this is a legitimate website?

I realize that MGTOW.com isn’t really the forum for political activism but when I found this out I was floored.

"I asked you a question. I didn't ask you to repeat what the voices in you head are telling you" ~ Me. ........Yes I'm still angry.
