A man jailed for rape four years ago has had his conviction overturned after new Facebook evidence emerged.

Danny Kay’s sentence was quashed by the Court of Appeal after deleted messages [J4MB emphasis] were found in an archived folder backing his version of events.

The 26-year-old had denied rape at Derby Crown Court in 2013 but was jailed for four-and-a-half years.

Judges ruled on Thursday the new evidence supported his claim the sex was consensual…

In his ruling, Mr Justice James Goss said: “We have come to the conclusion that, in a case of one word against another, the full Facebook message exchange provides very cogent evidence both in relation to the truthfulness and reliability of (the woman) … and the reliability of (Mr Kay’s) account and his truthfulness.”

Judges heard police asked the woman to retrieve Facebook messages that they had exchanged. [J4MB: Why didn’t they ask this back in 2013?]

In this case, and the three other cases in the UK recently, the key evidence exonerating the men was found on the lying women’s social media. The inevitable conclusion is that if the women hadn’t posted those materials, or texted friends, the men would probably have been convicted (or remained in prison). How will women intent on making false allegations respond to this in future? By posting on social media (or texting friends) that they’ve been raped. And that will be taken by the police / CPS that they have been, and yet more innocent men will go to prison.

This entire “article” is one paragraph. Such an astounding miscarriage of justice and they don’t give any real details (i.e. wtf did they find on Facebook that exonerated the alleged perp)?

I’m glad this guy saw some sense of justice AFTER having served time for something he didn’t do, and seen in the eyes as one of the worst crimes possibly committed. But, am I the only one who finds it insane that FAKEBOOK is a source of evidence? This world has gone beyond crazy.

At least women’s tools of: orbits, manipulation, deception, cheating are being used against them for ONCE. I suppose FAKEBOOK can serve as something positive for once.

I’m surprised a judge even agreed to review a four-year-old rape case.
If every past rape case were to be reviewed objectively, with all evidence and witnesses seen and heard, Men would be exonerated by the thousands and perhaps even hundreds of thousands.
The feminists cannot have that happen or their propaganda of being oppressed victims of a rape culture would be thrown back in their faces.
The best defence is a strong offence and MGTOW is the best game plan I ever lived.
