I saw the tail end of this story last night on Date Line.  I don’t normally watch this show, but as I was flipping through channels I saw the end of this one.  You guys should check this out.  “Rape by deception”

Basically they are saying that some people are trying to get the law changed so that if you lie to a woman to get her to sleep with you, that is ‘Rape by Deeption’.  Wonder what you guys think of this?

In Puerto Rico, legislators proposed something similar, but instead of classifying it as rape, they classified it as fraud to apply the crime to any type of relationship between the two genders.  If you (or her) began the relationship based on misrepresenting yourself, the offended party could sue you for fraud.

Yeah, a NJ lawmaker introduced a similar bill back in November, 2014 – and of course if a law like this ever passes then IMHO men would be insane to have anything to do with women because if you f~~~ed one and for some reason she got mad at you she could claim anything she wanted to about what you said. This is one of the nastier legal hazards of our time. Now that women are making baseless charges of rape out of conscience pangs over having had a one-nighter, the risks pertain to any man who dares to have sex with a woman not his wife…and to an appalling number of men who have sex only with their wives. In the United States, Rape is generally defined as  “Penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, WITHOUT CONSENT of the victim.”
