I just got done writing that I don’t bother going to movies, and I can’t remember the last one that I saw.

I also just got done HATING on the newest Terminator as Sarah Connor and Arnold are just a lil TOO OLD.

Now, I see that Sly has a new flick, and I’m ALL IN.

Call me a hypocrite if ya like, but this one just seems like a couple hours of good ole fashioned VIOLENCE just the way I like it !!

No Socisl Justice Warriors !! No BULLS~~~ SOCIAL MESSAGING/BRAINWASHING !!!!

I’s like watching the Death Wish movies, I could care less how old Bronson was as long as he was slaying the scumbags then I was/am ALL IN.

It’s no different then when I enjoyed Eastwood in Gran Torino. If there was any social messaging in this one, it went by me as I enjoyed Eastwood’s character and loved his car to be bothered to focus on much else.

I guess as long as it doesn’t have 60 plus year old hags or 20 something lil “superhero” cupcakes that probably don’t weigh more than 110 lbs. and stand about 5’5 tall going around kicking the s~~~ out of MULTIPLE 6’2″ plus 250 lb athletically built Men then I’m good with the rest of the “fantasy”.

I made an exception to go and see Creed a few years ago. Won’t make the mistake again. I don’t think the movies I loved exist anywhere except in history.

Its crazy what has happened to the movie industry. I have a feeling that a whole lot of talenteed writers are being ignored. Imagine how many scripts are sitting at a corner pile with potential to be like the older classics.

Just watched black rain with Michael douglas again. The guy was so good and the dialogue very fresh, crisp with no bulls~~~. The movie just ran seamlessly from scene to scene. They just dont make it like that anymore.

    F~~~ hollywood.

    God bless peace and freedom.

That is exactly what is happening in almost all the entertainment industry.

SJW believe that people of a specific race or gender should not write about other races and gender.

A decade or so ago, it came out one of the best military writers for comic (GI Joe) was an asian man. The man was praised by many people for his writing skills, but the new SJW management refused to hire him from then on over identity politics.

This SJW management literally pulls blogs due to their race and gender to write stories than hire people for their skills.

Yet another Terminator movie and now another Rambo movie? Nothing but reboots, remakes, reruns, and sequels.

It’s official: Hollywood has no new ideas. All they have is a pasture of dead horses and a stick to beat them with. Who wants to see that? Much less pay for it.

    Also the stick is feminism.

There’s a reason all the best films I’ve seen in the past few years came out of Asia.

I think this Rambo flick is going to be a pretty good watch. Look forward to seeing it

    Naw man. Naw.

    Stallone is 72.

    Seventy-two.

You can’t be Rambo at 72 unless you’re going to call it Rambo: Needs Blood (also a new hip…)

man, the place where they lost me with the new Terminator was right at the start. “Who are you?”

………….Who are you? WHO ARE YOU!?!?!? IT’S SARAH F~~~IN’ CONNOR, YOU MISBEGOTEN TOASTER!!! It’s the ONE f~~~ing chick you dumbass machines were sent back in time to kill OVER and OVER and OVER again, yet the ONLY time she actually died is one off-screen death to Cancer, and you, in your Insurmountable Iron-faced IGNORANCE have the GAUL to ask,”Who are you”?!?!?

YOU STUPID SCRAP PILE!! SHE’S MOTHER F~~~ING PUBLIC ENEMY #1, 2, 3, 4, AND 5 OF THE TOP TEN SKYNET HITLIST!! Hatred of that woman should be part of your primary programing!! Every Terminator that rolls off the assembly line should have not less than two hard drives filled with horrible things to do to end the life of Sarah Connor!! IT IS THE ENTIRE REASON YOU ARE MADE!! Robocop has three prime directives. Your top three look like this:

    1: Kill humans
2: Kill Sarah Connor on sight
    3: Repeat 1 and 2

I…………..I just can’t. It’s like they don’t care anymore. I don’t even think they had to kidnap this one. Skynet was probably like,”Nah, They can have that one. I was gonna scrap it if they didn’t come along.”

I know somebody’s gonna be like,”But Deadly! They reprogrammed her and made her into a GOOD terminator!” Yeah, F~~~ that s~~~. They can get away with it ONCE, and that was T2. Now it’s just a cheap version of,”Robot Vs. Robot” that we could’ve gotten ANYWHERE else. What happened to the struggle between Man and Machine? Y’know, that whole nightmare reality of Judgement Day? Looks like the writers forgot about it too. I just wish they would let the Terminator finally die for real. It’s obvious now that these robots were NEVER going to be smart enough to take us out and now it’s just becoming sad. T1 and T2. We can discuss T3, and the rest didn’t happen. Do not question this.

All I can say is the Skynet project must have been contracted out to the cheapest bidder. It’s soooo stupid.

If it wants to destroy humanity, all it needs to do is promote feminism, not fuck around with robots and s~~~.

I think it’s inspiring the guy is still making it happen, at that age. The guy is in better shape than most guys half his age. I’ll pay to see it. It beats the hell out of the SJW infested s~~~ and overplayed comic book movies that are pumped out of Hollywood these days.

This doesn’t look good to me.

First Blood was an excellent movie that took a serious look a PTSD (before it was called PTSD) and how society treats it’s veterans. The story made Rambo both the hero and the villain in some ways. Stallone played his part brilliantly. Rambo (2nd in the series) was a s~~~ to more action/violence and special effects, but still had a somewhat decent story in that it focused on POWs and the US somewhat abandoning and being ungrateful of it’s veterans. I can’t even remember what 3 and 4 were about.

I can’t see how Last Blood is going to be able to hold true to the point of First Blood. It looks like it’s going to be heavy on the death toll again, but back in the US. Who is going to be the bad guys that Rambo needs to execute? How will that do with an audience that does not want to glorify mass killings? And again, what’s going to be the message in all this.

I would have much preferred to see a remake of the original, with updates of how life currently is in America. I’d even see it if Rambo plays a role of friend/mentor the way Rambo’s former commander did in the original. It would be spectacular if that story incorporated commentary on the VA, immigration and welfare programs, etc. Give this updated version a wife who divorced him and took his kids while he was away. Movie of the year.

    Ok. Then do it.

This doesn’t sound like a Rambo movie???

It looks like it’s going to be heavy on the death toll again,

Now, that sounds like a Rambo Movie!!

Who is going to be the bad guys that Rambo needs to execute?

There’s No Shortage of Scum Bags in the states.

How will that do with an audience that does not want to glorify mass killings?

Yeah, they’re NOT the target audience. They’ll complain about it, but they won’t watch it regardless of the content. So, f~~~ em.

what’s going to be the message in all this.

This is hopefully NOT a “message” movie like the SJW Star Wars movies or Super Hero CRAP. HOPEFULLY, this is a good old fashioned “Good Guy” ass kicking the hell out of the “Bad Guys”.

HOPEFULLY, NO SOCIAL COMMENTARY OF ANY FORM.

Personally, I’ll watch a documentary if I want commentary on the state of vets in America, and not look to get it from a Rambo movie.

The CGI is in better shape, you mean.

Also you don’t think this thing is going to be stuffed full of feminism and lessons about “toxic masculinity” and shit?

I wouldn’t trust anything coming out of hollywood these days enough to spend money on it.

Maybe so, but the guy does a lot of his own stunts, like Tom Cruise.

Nah, Sly’s own company is involved in the production. He usually does justice to his major characters. Top Gun 2 OTOH, I’m not so optimistic about.
