Any of you gentlemen ever receive a “quality of work life” email survey…apparently from an HR department? I recently received one and I was quite suspicious of it as most of the questions seemed to have centered on race, gender identity and sexual orientation. As I do not trust HR and not believe these types of surveys to be anonymous, I declared myself to be a non white, multiracial (with emphasis on my “newly discovered” African and Hispanic background) gender fluid, homosexual, with physical disabilities…….I suspect HR uses these “surveys” to get rid of the white hetero males first when layoffs occur. I certainly tried my best to become unfireable…..

You did good. I ALWAYS lie on surveys and pieces of papers sent to my home asking questions they have NO F~~~ING BUSINESS asking. I’ve been all color skins, genders and religions I know of and my situation is either married, divorced, widowed or separated with or without children depending on my immediate mood. F~~~ ’em. They don’t deserve the Truth when they spend their life believing a Lie.

Plus, this “quality of work life” business doesn’t bode well for any man filling that survey. Not that HR gives a s~~~ about some man’s answers on that made-up crap but they’re more interested in what s~~~ the weemins will fill out and, based on that, may implement new work rules or whatever the f~~~ they can come up with to make the men at work uneasy and walking on egg shells.
I’m so glad I don’t have an HR at my work. It’s just ME.

I also love getting telemarketers’ phone calls. I just make them believe I’m listening then put down the phone without hanging up and let them babble on while I surf the net. Most of the time I forget about the phone sitting on the table and when I look back at it some hours later I tell myself ” f~~~ ’em! “

Many times there is a barcode at the top of the survey when the survey is on paper. They say they’re totally confidential but they’re not. The barcode is used to find out who was taking the survey on that particular piece of paper. I always took a magic marker and drew a line through the barcode. Watching management stew when I did that was hilarious.

I don’t give a s~~~ what they say, whether it’s “confidential” or not. I know them as liars and will not believe a word they say. They could be dying in front of me and say “I’m dying!” that I wouldn’t believe them.
And the bar code gives it away yet they take you for an idiot and tell you it’s confidential, ha ha! What a bunch of boot-licking traitors they make.

My former employer used to regularly send out surveys where they flat out said it would be anonymous, yet people who filled those so called “anonymous” surveys out and complained about something found themselves called into the office of upper management…..

I quickly found out the score and refused to fill out any surveys since then…

    Just sayin……

    I’m retired now…

We get them annually at work. They love to publish all the results. However this year something amazing happened. In response to the question “Do you believe management will act on these results” only 14% answered yes.. I bet that’s the last time they give us an external link to the survey lol
But really its just part of drinking the company koolaid now isn’t it?

Yeah, I get ’em at work too. Confidential, my ass! They don’t give a s~~~ what I think and just want to use the information to validate how they wanna screw me. I either don’t respond or if required to reply tell HR whatever the f~~~ they want to hear. Got many years until retirement, but not giving a hoot in hell makes it easier.

    I never filled them out:
    1.They are not anonymous
2.If you say things are ok, they give themselves pay raises for being great management
3.If you say things suck, you’re an ungrateful whiner who doesn’t deserve a job and get laid off

They usually start off with innocuous questions and then steadily get more intrusive.

I either file them in the trash, or if they are unavoidable, lie (which I do without hesitation, as I owe these s~~~s nothing).

I got to keep my mouth shut. These things are like a secret weapon if used right. 🙂

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
