Interesting article in the Panam Post encouraging Puerto Rican men to embrace MGTOW. The author links this website twice in his article so hopefully it will bring more men to mgtow.com

“If you’ve been using social media of late, it’s almost impossible that you won’t have come across the MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) movement. It’s a response to decades of feminist legal and social hypocrisy and what is often referred to as “gynocentrism.”

Within MGTOW and the men’s-rights movement are plenty of former husbands and fathers who have been left hopeless and sometimes homeless by family-and-divorce court. So bad is the situation that the term “divorce rape” was created to explain what happens to men when they get divorced.

The men’s-rights movement has spawned a host of websites and YouTube channels like A Voice for Men, Return of Kings, MGTOW.com, and Sargon of Akkad, a YouTube channel with over 100,000 subscribers. It has also created the likes of JudgyBitch and GirlWritesWhat: women who have become famous for fighting for men’s rights.

While the Marxist left and feminists fight hard to create the image of perpetual victimhood among women and false allegations about a rape culture, men suffer more and more in the Western world. From Australia to Europe, to the United States and Canada, men are left with fewer and fewer rights and less and less money.

There is no question that women are the privileged class in western society. MGTOW and men’s-rights groups get this clearly and have been fighting for some time to try to make changes. However, influence peddlers in society have strongly opposed these efforts, and very little progress has been made to make men equal under the law.

I submit that all lobbying efforts, protests, petitions, and campaigns will not achieve equality in our time”

The only thing that will work is men going mgtow. The SYSTEM is against men. The only way it will change is when ALL MEN get it.

There are thousands if not millions of men ready …. they just dont know we are here ……. but they will …. mgtow grows each day.

Once you get ‘organic’ growth …. its a bitch to stop.

    I consider myself a mgtow c~~~roach. Cant get rid of me/us 🙂

Some people believe in the madness that foreign women are better and they should seek one out to marry, being a foreigner myself and well traveled, those bitches are even worse especially from spanish speaking countries, carribbean, South America etc etc.

All bitches are the same, no matter what angle you slice the pie. This is proof. MGTOW Life!

They got some of the things wrong. MGTOW isn’t part of the men’s rights movement. MGTOW is part of the manospwhere. Also return of the kings is a PUA site which just happens to post MGTOW, MRA and anti feminists content. They also fail to explain there is a battle MGTOW and the MRA/PUA.

God, not this guy again! (I’m referring to the author of the article.)

I’m Puerto Rican and the author of that article is known as an opportunist that tries to use anything to push his agenda. That article is just jumping on MGTOW and using it as a springboard to insist in another stupid, illegal, and totally impossible scheme… I wont go on details because I would need three threads to illustrate them, but just to give you an idea:

    1) His “Puerto Rican Libertarian Party” is not a registered party in Puerto Rico – just a Facebook page with less than 800 likes. To me, it seems that the “petition” he is asking to sign out could be just a hoax to get the 60,000 signatures he would need to register the political party in Puerto Rico to receive public electoral funds (2016 is election year).

    2) As pointed by @CrazyCanuck, the author does not differentiate between MGTOW / MRA / PUA and the websites catering to each idea,  showing a total lack of knowledge about MGTOW and the reasons behind it.

    3) In Puerto Rico, alimony is only approved in very extreme cases. Lets say that most of my male relatives and friends are divorced (some more than once) and I had NEVER heard anyone speaking about alimony payments…

Besides, this guy doesn’t have to tell Puerto Rican men to become MGTOWs – many of us had been practicing it for many, many years.
