The cliff notes version of the article,…Members do not have to pay dues to unions…No dues brings a fundamental political change, taking massive amounts of money out of the dems pocket.

Its under appeal and it was the direct route (appeal directly to SC, not going thru 9th circuit appeal process which is the normal route) that they turned down. They didn’t make comment on why they wont hear it but did issue instructions to the 9th circuit to proceed with haste in hearing the appeal.

I believe they are simply allowing some time for Congress to act. Barring that, they’ll let the 9th rule unless it takes too long, and then if need be will hear the case.

How can a woman be expected to be happy with a man who insists on treating her as if she were a perfectly normal human being.
