    Pretty much the best type of workout exercises.

    – Conditions muscles as well as tendons, ligaments and the entire nervous system.

    – Uses natural movements, no weird positions causing strain on delicate joints and muscles.

    – Free ! No equipment necessary (just something to hang from).
