I think part of the problem is that some men fear the system that wrongfully put them in jail and that it will do something similar if he should choose to rock the boat. I have never experienced this but I know if I did, I’d be leery of the system failing me again. The first time it failed me (so easily) it did so in her favor so what would stop it from happening (so easily) again? I think a lot of men take the “let sleeping dogs lie” approach and the c~~~s get away with it. It seems that recently, more and more men are trying to sue those who have done this so I hope we are seeing the beginnings of a positive change.
