So a cop is called to a allocation of domestic violence.when they get there it a same sex couple both have injuries both claim self defence.who dose the cop automatically blaim. The question so who’s the man who’s the woman is homophobic and abusive under present law and presumes there is a legal definition of male and female roles in a marriage.Dosent this go against feminist doctrin, this mean some lesbians will be legally male ,a true self hateing feminist who is legally responsible for all that wrong with society. If both claim  femail  status both must be presumed innocent (as all should be).If two males both identified as men both are guilt of instigation,an   inpossibility. This law makes gay men and women vulnerable to domestic violence and rape in marriage,a feminist issue.maybe pointing this out to the gay and lesbian community may enlist the aid of some experience activist in bringing an end to this unjust law.I strait my self and enjoy asking this question to any mouthy femz who claim to be about equality with out them being able to claimants only about my self interest.normaly results in a temper tantrum and brain melt as she gets to find a way to claim its all men’s  fault.Anyone else try this argument, what happened? Are there already law covering this that army hydrophobic? I value your opinions on this.stay strong and think of your sons.yours sincerely disspoable dave

If there are no serious injuries (broken bones etc) – there should not be any charges pressed by the prosecution.
Under current laws – anything can be considered an assault, even if you’r trying to open a door the other person is holding
Anything verbal that’s threatening can be considered making terroristic threats.
    The laws are a joke

    Simple

Both gay men will be arrested and charged with anything that brings the money in.

Both gay women will be let off until one kills the other. Then the dead one fulfills the role of male. Self defence and then the surviving one walks ….. a hero.

That would be an interesting and complicated situation for the police.

and add in what if it’s two lesbo ex lover cops who show up. and they both like being on top..

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."

Funnily enough, I remember reading that lesbian couples are the most prone to domestic violence.
I don’t know if it’s true though, and unfortunetaly I don’t remember where I read it, so this might be to take with a grain of salt.
If that’s true though, it would kind of kill the female victim narrative even more.
If anyone has any sources about it let me know 😀

It is a common failing of childhood to think that if one makes a hero out of a demon the demon will be satisfied.

Anecdotally speaking, where I live in one of the highest ranked “gay friendly” states – the number of lesbain domestic violence police calls are about twice that of men.

I think it breaks down to the fact that women demand “resolution” to a situation, because that is another form of Validation – having the cops show up is a Validation substitute for resolution of their argument.

    Sovereignty above all else.
