P.S. Fuel is the key to survival, my heating oil needs are cut in half with the rocket stove, more when I hook it up to include the house.

Pyrolisis Syn gas is where it’s at to run a conventional internal combustion engine.

I’ve been saving steel pipe for years, 100lb. propane tanks for years, lately I’ve been too busy to gather FREE cast iron steam house radiators to use as condensers, I’m surrounded by the equivalent of several suppertankers full of oil but in wood energy (BTU).

With compressors, storage tanks, regulators and propane carburetors you can run everything on hydrogen syngas, motor oil will last longer too, less contamination.

Drawback, less power than gasoline but not substantial enough for poor performance.

I see no reason why the s~~~ will hit the fan anytime in the near future, maybe not even long term. The powers that be need a herd to fleece, without it they have nothing. Why do anything that would disturb the gravy train? Do you all even have any idea how much money is being made off the American people on a yearly basis? I just don’t see it happening anytime soon. I also see the population perfectly divided, as any ruling force would want, can’t have the coming after you all at once ya know? Things are going just fine really for those in control/those who are profiting. I think there is still plenty left to be squeezed out of us before things get ugly.

This is from a U.S. perspective of course, s~~~ varies from country to country.

I tend to agree with you, Joe. We are the fattest, most docile and least socially activated generation the world has ever seen. Oh sure, people throwing some rocks and bottles in the streets over Trump and the occasional shooting notwithstanding, we’re still well in the comfort zone.

Trigger the Yellowstone super-volcano or pop an EMP or execute some Bond villain scheme to disrupt the steady drip of sugary food and entertainment and maybe you could spark real civil upheaval, but until then, they’ve got us exactly where we need to be.

And I say “need” because honestly, have you ever seen a herd of wild chickens or cows? Can you imagine what 7 billion people would do if they were suddenly left to their own devices and forced to use their own wits (or fists) to stay alive? Believe me, we’re better off as sheep… and the few of us who realize we are owned by someone can keep our heads down and moo and cluck with the rest, smug in the knowledge that we’re going to get rendered just the same as they are, but that we’ll be fully aware that it’s coming and there’s nothing we can do about it whereas they’ll be taken by surprise.

Riiiight.
