This video just p~~~ed me the f~~~ off for multiple reasons

1 You don’t need a marriage contract to have kids and raise a family. You can simply just have a kid with your girlfriend and support the kid you have without signing your name on the marriage contract. While you will still be forced to pay up especially in the area of child support you still will be more free then your married counterpart to the dismay of your mother because she raised you to be a good mangina.

2 Why would i want to go to church more if i do not believe in the christian faith nor would i want to brainwash my kid into it either? I have heard of many stories of men who just go to church just because their wife’s worry about the salvation of their soul because once she had the kid she found jesus and s~~~. The only one that benefits is the church since they nag for 10% of your income.

3 Also why would i want to work 400 more hours a year? I can spend the free time of that doing things that i want to do. I don’t need 400 more hours of slaving my ass away for an ungrateful boss to come home to an ungrateful wife.

4 How come this doesn’t mention unfair divorce laws and a bitch wife? Of course the wife wants you to make more money so she can buy new things.

Why do i need a wife? i could just just knock up a chick and not have to marry her since i am under no obligation to marry her but my new obligation would be to support the kid. Just because my mother has a fantasy that i got married does not mean i am gonna fufill it.

That’s not true any more. This prager schmuck is a decade or so behind the times. As more and more married men have to deal with child issues, soccer games, family vacations and so forth, married men these days are more and more a liability in the workplace. And if a married man gets divorced his productivity is going to go all to hell. Companies don’t want to invest in that sort of risk.

Single men with a vested stock interest in the company and free time to work more are the more reliable, preferred employees these days.

When they really mean MEN don’t want to marry.

2. Marriage is absolutely no benefit to man, a one sided contract being the most valuable piece of paper a woman will ever own. Lifetime access to the mans resources.

3. Why is a marriage so motivating, for a man to work harder? Because the wife can rip his wallet through his asshole in divorce, you bet marriage is motivating just like the whip is to a slave.

4. Just because a married man may make more money, he is not better off himself, because he’ll pay more taxes, then the wife gets her cut and the kids cost, so all that extra work and extra money, he is actually left with less.

5. The fact that married men work 400 hours more in a year, proves that they are wage slaves working to support other people, not a good thing, what the f~~~ is the marriage premium, other than further indebtedness to provide for others. Giving up 400 hours extra every year is sacrificing their lives for other people.

6. Marriage as rights of passage, engendering responsibility, sense of meaning and status. There is nothing stopping a single guy working more, but if you earn enough money to live the lifestyle you want you are rich. Why would you give that up to work 400 hours extra every year have less money to yourself, so you can take care of other people.

7. Marriage is in essence a man choosing which women to give this power to enslave him. To force him to work to provide for her, and if she decides to leave for any or no reason, she gets the kids and at least 1/2 his assets. Now he can move back into his parents basement.

8. A single man is harder to manipulate isn’t going to put in those long unpaid hours, like a manipulated married man that has his spirit broken, so obviously married men are the preferred corporate slaves.

9. Benefit from the advice and encouragement of wives, is a nice way of saying wives nag their husbands. Ironic that a man just does what needs to be done. But a woman nags until a man does it.

I am going to chime in again here. This video bothered me and I had some more I wanted to say on it.

The thing is, even if what the video says is completely and absolutely true, it doesn’t account for a bunch:
* Marriage isn’t like buying life insurance, or a car, or even financial planning. You don’t just “get married”. You need to find the right woman, and then hope it works. There is a level at which it isn’t worth it and where a guy can’t find anyone who is appropriate.
* Does this speak even bother to account for the harmful effects of being in a bad marriage. I am sorry, but nagging is not moral support, nor is being whipped up on emotionally for not being fully what a woman expects, there.
* This video does not account for the effects of divorce either. Not a man’s earnings go DOWN when he gets a divorce. So, is he better off then to go through marrying because Prager says so? So a man then ends up losing half his property because the woman he is with for a few years suddenly doesn’t feel loved any longer, and wants to move on.

I don’t care how true the positive effects are of a good marriage. To bank on these miracles happening, with just add wife, is absurd. To tell guys to marry before they are ready is absurd also. And is Prager going to help men who went through a bad marriage recover? Hell no. It will just go on and on and on.

They can take a flying leap into a bunch of glass. I am tired of this k-rap I see on YouTube. Individuals meddle, and do nothing to help.

I guess it just boils down to the fact that you have to give incentive for men into marriage. If something is really so apparently good and beneficial, then why don’t more men see it? And then the pitiful attempt to convince men fails to actually provide any benefits or create any compelling argument whatsoever for marriage, you must wonder why they even made this video.

Dennis Prager, who is responsible for that channel, is twice divorced, and married 3 times. He has some nerve to go ahead and tell me to marry. In his world, divorce is just fine, because he tells conservatives to cut slack over divorce.
