So I’m a navy veteran, loner, philosopher, synicist, borderline nihilist (kind of phuqt I know) and I’ve rarely kept up with ppl from the military. Because as we all know, spineless, watery ppl are the majority.

So I’ve been out for four years this Feb. Once in a while I’ll touch base with my good friends but this past year one of my brothers has been strangely absent. He recently married, had a kid, has a life to live, so I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt.

This is where it really gets plucked. On his 30th birthday this month I said enough is enough and posted, once again, on his FB page like I had been doing for the last 8 months. Come to find out on his birthday that he’s been locked up since January on very shaky sexual assault allegations. When I say shaky I mean the charge was filed A) 22 days after the initial charges B) filed on the same day that she was served divorce papers.

No rape kit done at medical facility. His roommate can attest to the lack of violence/assault and yet he sits in jail. My brothers life is on hold (phuq that; it’s upside down) because of a petty vindictive woman and a broken justice system that assumes guilt despite a stark lack of evidence.

I mean he was in school using the GI Bill and I’m not even sure how jail effects the accessibility of the GI Bill. Please help me. Idk where to start but I have his permission to blast this bulls~~~ into the public eye despite his unwarranted shame and disgrace.

To make matters worse, his father described to me a state government (Colorado) that all of a sudden lacking the funds from the unlawful marijuana prohibition, so now the focus is shifted onto violent/sexual offenders. So he’s being assumed guilty and treated like a piece of s~~~.

I would also like to add that when she filed these charges, the gov’t entity in charge of resolving the issue completely disregarded the fact that she kidnapped their children, fleeing from Colorado to Virginia when no parent had any designated custody of the child.

There was a period of time when I use to casually not think about the seriousness of false sexual allegations.

Then it started to hit too close to home to ignore anymore:

01: I began reading all of the stories in the forum.

02: A cop in the city I live in was getting divorced and he was arrested based on allegations his wife he was separated from had her daughter (his step daughter) make.

03: A buddy from college got arrested for rape when a woman he was with (included drinking) said he put his finger in her. And in this state, the definition of rape does not require a penis be inserted. A finger meets the definition.

04: I started thinking back on all of the pumpkins that I banged during my blue pill era and realized that 1 out of 2 (50%) had all at different points in time told me they had been ‘raped’ by guys before. And none of their stories even made sense.

It’s getting dangerous out there. And the worst part about a false rape charge resulting in a conviction isn’t the prison time. Most men can survive in a cell and hold their sanity together: The worst part is getting out and having to live as a registered sex offender.

There is a special place in hell for the mentally ill sluts that pull this nonsense. As well as the pathologically delusional prosecutors that charge innocent men.

Its not going to end well…For it to be even, an expensive lawyer and plenty of documentation on his part to prove his innocence…He just needs to keep his head and not be drawn into the drama created by the c~~~…Similar stories from other brothers here so the writer can follow the stories of those who went through hell like May 7…

Something i find important in these situations is having people that BELEAVE you .

Because when you get dragged thru this s~~~ you feal like no one beleaves you because the system is geared against you .

It might sound small but trust me it is not for the guy going threw it .

People who havent been threw it beleave the law is just and true . When in reality it is quite the opposite .

Just having those people that beleave in him is a big thing mentally

GI bill
The best thing for that guy to do is to talk to his friend’s XO and find out.
According to that site having a felony record doesn’t bar a soldier from G.I Bill but there are conditions.

Geezus. I hope this story has a happy ending. This is insanely ridiculous.

I’m still waiting to find out the outcome of my “assault” charge, as well as my child custody and child support order. I’ll post an update when things are settled (hopefully soon).
