I thought in a divorce, women obtained 100% possession?

Or maybe they are possessed by demons. 9 out of 10

    Don't care

I’m fairly certain the 9/10th rule only applies between equals. And since as men we are “privileged” everything must be done to rectify this perceived slight against women.

When the govt is backing one side the other takes the shaft…so it’s more like an 11/10 or 12/10 at that point. Where she ends up with all you owned/had then a portion of any future income because “she earned it”. By staying at home in pajamas raising a child she probably tricked the husband or boyfriend into fathering.

    Yeah equality…

Hope that someday I may lead others the path I have learned. As Virgil led Dante through Hell.

Possession equates to ownership and responsibility of an item.

9/10 of the law = 90% proof positive of said suspected ownership and/or responsibility of an object in ones possession or on ones property.

    The negative.
Lets us assume you have a marijuana plant growing in your garden.
Regardless of how it got there, YOU are responsible for having it in your garden because it is on property in your legal possession. You are now subject to the prosecution under various laws.
Which opens the door to probable cause for law enforcement.

    The positive.
Someone drops a bag of money on your property…

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

I make sure to water it when that happens as I would be planning on smoking 10/10ths of it.

Doesn’t work for stolen money right?

Doesn’t work for stolen money right?

Depends on how you approach it.

Assume its the proceeds from a bank robbery.
There will be a reward if you are honest, or can’t defeat the technology used to deface/track the bundles of cash.

Proceeds from a criminal act are otherwise rarely traceable.

I believe its all about problem solving to benefit yourself.

Until it is proven to be stolen it is considered
    a divine gift not “LOOT”

    HA! HA! HA!

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.

But if you FIND a big bag of money somewhere honestly that a person lost or dropped then (in my country at least) you can be charged with “theft by finding” No s~~~, I’m serious. You are supposed to give the money to the police and if nobody claims it within 3 months (maybe because it’s drug money or something) then you can legally have the money.

These moral implications are true in every country.
I like to Joke about such matters.
I have a younger brother who finds a lot
of things and justifies taking them with
    this statement.

“I did not know who it belonged to so I
    took it.”

I posed this question to him:

Are you aware that it did not belong
    to you?

I have no idea who owns the car dealerships
in your town, So by my brothers reasoning
I could go to your local dealership and
just pick an automobile for myself and
    take it.

I am attempting to right my brothers moral
    compass.

    Just joking on here.

    Bankers and politicians are notoriously
dis-honest so if the money was in a bank
bag you are most likely looking at tainted money
to begin with. Getting rewarded for your honesty
is unlikely if the reward has to come from a known
    thief.

“I did not know who it belonged to so I

Well for me other people must also do not know whom it belongs and it is proven that it doesn’t belong to anyone then I think it is not stealing anymore.

Like picking some bananas at the middle of the Amazon jungle. Maybe some monkeys own it but come on picking it up is not stealing.
