Dear men, fellow MGTOW’s,

I would like to talk about a light topic of a big impact, as I released a video on my youtube channel : About porn and MGTOW.

Pornography might be a double edged sword : It can provide some relief and a substitute to all the more dangerous women out there. Preventing STD’s emotional and psychological trauma, financial risks as well.

Downwards might go if not disciplined and not cautious into some for of addiction and lack of interest in other areas of life such as depression or mind traumas. Instant gratification may be detrimental on the long run.

My guess is that can work for some men that are in an early awareness of redpill during or a little while after the rage harsh reality phase. Then it probably becomes counterproductive as other activities subside over it, becoming a time-wasting hobby.

What do you think about this ? Is it beneficial or counterproductive ?
Is there a compatibility with a so called “monk mode” ?

I use porn.

However, porn stokes the flames of desire.
You might go for a long time without feelings any desire, until you decide to kill time and end up watching porn.

And the problem with desire is that it is never fulfilled. You want the real thing, and if got it: you will want something more, different acts, different holes…

Until you realize the truth, you can fall very deep into the rabbit hole.

The truth is: achieving any desire will ever be as fulfilling as it promised. Desire is the promise that is never fulfilled.

Because desire is based in imagination, images, sounds and a mental projection of what it should be. It is never what it is.

I rather prefer experience as a guide.

And experience does not come from porn (pun intended).

I don’t watch porn to get off.

I’ll watch porn for the same reason I look at a horrible mangled car wreck.

Example, the German porn video where a woman gets penetrated by 3 dicks in her pussy at the same time.

I was watching a video of 2 hyenas trying to mate and I thought that was hilarious. If you know anything about hyena anatomy, you’d know it is hilariously awkward. I do watch porn and although on one hand it makes me sad on the other I am totally aware of what it is and what it hopes I will think and become. So I use it (without paying) and move on.

Not many alternatives really unless I decided to go out and find a woman which I would consider to be far more harmful to myself.

Not to mention porn actually makes me realize how f~~~ed up women are. No matter how many cuties I see in porn I then realize that they are, well, doing porn.

This is interesting .. and very complex since everyone desires different levels of either real or virtual companionship in their world .. possibly both. Personally, I require very little, and really can’t say why .. I honestly don’t know the answer.

Certain forms of recorded media, especially sci-fi, provides me with lots of virtual companionship choices as the evening rolls on. I’ve always leaned towards science fiction over traditional soft core options.
It’s really all I need .. good script with decent female characters adding some spice to the journey. Remembering, everything is virtual .. I can turn them off in an instant.

Just think of the quality sci-fi costumes with visuals and female characters that have been produced through the years .. I won’t mention any specific titles or series .. however, they all provide plenty of excellent viewing if I ever feel the need to visit someone, some place or some time outside of my own daily life.

Even the B-rated stuff, including old films from years past, has lots of great female actors. I have a pretty decent collection of old cult films .. and when combined with futuristic uniforms and surroundings .. a very enjoyable form of viewing which also includes a storyline.

Sci-fi lets me escape the current society .. and imagine a life of something different .. hopefully, something more. Porn doesn’t do this for me. It actually reminds me of .. awalt.

I just don’t feel the need other forms of media for sustaining Monk Mode .. I guess, that’s why I stay with video fiction often including female actors .. with a scientific and futuristic slant. It works.

Totally agree with this.

It’s an over-used term, but so aptly true; “The juice is never worth the squeeze anyway” – I’m yet to find sex that blows my mind, it’s still all about them.

If you know what you like, better to bust one out and carry on with your day.
