I have to mostly agree with Purfin Stuff.

Assuming they have a signed consent contract, and filmed statements from the actress/whore that all actions were consensual, the burden of proof is on the actress/state. I have not read the article yet, but I assume this is not a criminal matter but a damages lawsuit.

While judges are vagina friendly, in a legal contract that is outside the realm of the family courts (kangaroo court), they are compelled to rule within the realm of reason because all matters are subject to judicial review.
