A whore consents to her image being taken and it becomes the property of the person taking the image. Apparently not. Property law clearly has no meaning anymore in the U.K.
WHORES pushed for this to be illegal because WHORES are the ‘victims’. If they wanted to avoid revenge porn then they should have maintained that all images given with consent are property of the owner and that consent can not be rescinded, then they’d surely never consent. Maybe they should just stop being WHORES all round? The revenge is perpetrated in response to their further WHOREDOM. A WHORE may ruin a a legal marriage with zero consequences but sharing your own property, put him in prison!!!

Revenge porn is a violation of privacy between two people when they intended it to be private. It is in poor taste, a low class thing to do, and can have lasting negative impacts on people’s careers and lives. It is a douchebag thing to do. There is enough commercial porn out there. Commercial actresses consent to their images being used, sign releases and are compensated. You want revenge for what? Because the relationship ran its course? She cheated? So what. Enjoy what got got when you got it and keep the souvenirs to yourself. It is as almost as bad as divorce rape.

I honestly don’t give a s~~~ if some chick gets her nudes leaked since women who get their nudes leaked at least have sympathy and the law on their hands while men get nothing to support them. If we live in a society that promotes the idea of some chick getting her pics leaked is wrong but does not care about a man getting assraped in court then why have empathy?

Also it is not a one way street, women post this s~~~ too and expect to get away with it. The more slutty the less they care I have seen this happen to one of my former friends where his ex texted a pic of his dick to her girlfriends and a butt picture and proceed to shame him. It was sad to find out how low some women can go but another red pill moment.

As i said @bee fears the possibility of his daughter going bad and down the route where an asshole boyfriend posts nudes of his daughter then having to deal with the shame of it.

I already know it is not right to post revenge porn but we really should not care since if it was to happen to us no one would really care. If we get no sympathy then they should get no sympathy. Are the women whose nude images broadcast on revenge porn sites mad that their images were broadcast, or mad that they were broadcast and they DIDN’T GET PAID???!!!

Aside from the legal issues, on which I’m not an expert, I’d like to just keep it honest. Women whose images got broadcast by ex’s are mad. Ok. They have a reason to be mad. But what exactly is that reason? Maybe they have a legal case. They may have some real financial damages. But had those images of a woman been bought from the ex by playboy, and a check cut to her for a million dollars, would she still be complaining? Would other women still be coming to the ‘rescue’ of this poor innocent victim? Or, would other women be secretly jealous and p~~~ed that it wasn’t them who got chosen for the payday?

I write this because of all the dishonesty I see in women where they seem equally content to be a victim or a centerfold… as long as they are getting paid. I just read an article about some former contestant in a Trump beauty pageant who complained that she didn’t like the way Trump looked at her. WTF? She applied in writing to be in a competitive contest for a financial prize whose winner she knew in advance would be chosen based on the appearance of her face and body… and is now complaining that she didn’t like it that the person providing that same financial prize looked at her?

She said she felt degraded. I believe it. She felt degraded because she put on a bikini to flaunt her face and body for a cash reward, and then didn’t come away with the reward she felt entitled to. She was perfectly happy to display herself, as long as she believed there was a payoff at the end of it. It only became ‘degrading’ when she didn’t get paid.

Ever notice how the only women complaining about strip joints, or Hooters, or playboy are the ones not attractive enough to make money from them? The only women complaining about beauty pageants are the ones not attractive enough to win them and profit from them. And the women complaining about the revenge porn sites are the ones who didn’t get paid from them. I agree they may have a legal case. But I bet the complaining about all the ’emotional damage’ they suffered stops as soon as the check clears.

Not looking to pick a fight here with anyone whose opinions may differ. Just making the same observations many others have made, and keeping it real…

My attitude is that pics made in private are private. Pics made on the street or in public are fair game. Sex pics in the bedroom are private while pics on the street are free game.

I agree Jan. Those pics are private, and those women probably do have a legal case. I think the last ruling of the supreme court said something to the effect that a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy in their own home etc, and that right exists by default (You don’t have to actively assert it to have it. You have to actively give it up in order not to have it). I agree with what I understand to be the court’s ruling, and that’s pretty much how I feel about my own privacy. My point was just that for an adequate financial price, the majority of women seem content to give up that privacy… and don’t seem to have any of that ’emotional damage’ they allege in these court cases… once they have been adequately paid for it.

It’s just the dishonesty of it that p~~~es me off. I wish they would just acknowledge that sex, sexual images, etc are all a commodity that women trade routinely to advance their own goals. Call it what it is, negotiate a price and execute the deal. And if you don’t get paid, treat like the breach of contract or the property theft that it is, and not like some tragic, emotionally damaging sob story… All that emotional damage crap just seems to me like a way to negotiate the final price as high as it can be made.

I think theres a difference between a woman who becomes a porn actress vs. Some woman doing stuff with her boyfriend having it leaked. She might be a school teacher or something.

A big difference is the actress knows her images Wil be circulated vs. An expectation if privacy.
