The guys at the BBQ Pit Boys on YouTube have come up with a good meat recipe. They made a pork n beans chili cheeseburger, which looks real good and they grill them up.

I like there meat recipes, because it’s all man cave food. Man food!

Is it sad that I use to just cook like this to give away what I made just to share how good something was? Man, I really love cooking. Sad, it’s so dangerous to do in the U.K. At any moment, the Constable will break in and say, “KILLER! TOMATOES! ”

I wonder if he used Eggs to hold it all together. Those burgers would just MELT in your mouth. I love when the food looks this good. If nothing else, it is good treating your food with such respect to give it such a great presentation.

The Tomatoes look like the non GMO kind. I remember them being a whole lot smaller than they are today. They use to taste so much better to. They had a taste that was just remarkable. I don’t taste that too often. I have to admit. I hate that GMO crap. I don’t want S~~~ Produce. I want the good stuff. I don’t care if it’s not perfect. I just want it to taste like it use to.

I’m glad he used provlogne. That is the best cheese man. That and Smoked Sharp TIllamook Cheddar. It’s sad that no one got the memo that good food does sell. I miss California for one reason. Man the vegetables and the salad bars were the best in the world.

Thanks for posting this bro. I just WISH I had someone to cook for. It’s not really the same just doing it for yourself. Might as well open up a small restaurant in a few years. It’s a ton of work. But I’m thinking the Location is part of the experience. There are already so many good ones around here. Just not with the experience men prefer. They are more geared towards women.

Pit boys are men cooking like you think men should be cooking. On some kind of grill outside. I have not watched all the vids, but a good number and the only time you see women in the shot is at events. 1.4mil subs. I sub’ed when it was about half that number. Worth a look.
Most of the cooking is heavy like you are going to put in 8 hours work after eating a meal.

I like to cook for others as well. It’s satisfying when someone walks in my kitchen and says, “Mmmm, that smells good!” Even more satisfying to watch them enjoy eating something good that you’ve cooked. That’s one of the things I miss about having a family, cooking for them, even my bitch of an x-wife.

However, I still enjoy being by myself on my deck, cooking something good on the grill, or simmering a pot of stew, soup, or chili. More leftovers for me.
