A female security guard at a grocery store has been charged with assault after confronting a transgender woman in a women’s restroom and kicking her out of the store.

The incident took place at a Giant grocery store in northeast D.C., when transgender woman Ebony Belcher, 32, went to the store with a friend to pick up a delivery.

On her way to the restroom, Ms. Belcher passed the guard, who followed her into the restroom and said, “I know you are a man.”

“You guys cannot keep coming in here and using our women’s restroom. They did not pass the law yet,” the guard said, according to Ms. Belcher.

And now the funny part

Ms. Belcher later called the police, who came to the Giant store and arrested the security guard on charges of assault. The police also listed the incident as a hate crime, NBC reported.

So we have a woman arrested and charged for hate crimes due she said “I know you’re a man” to a person identifying as a woman and using women’s bathroom.

That’s extremely funny.

I couldn’t stop laughing when I have read it.
Some transgenders can be f~~~ed up in the head, but I don’t think that is the point.
The point is that she had been punished for misandry: it was misandry, pure and simple, when she said “I know you’re a man”.
She didn’t call the trans: “illed” or “hybrid”. No. She said “man”.

They call it “transphobia” and they will charge a woman just only if the misandry is against a transgender, never when it’s against a man.

But, still, a men-hater had been charged.

Now, the law states that a person can access to the bathroom reserved to the sex that they identify.
It means that even a man dressed as man, with a beard and muscles, can choose to identify as “woman”.
That is going to be funny: if it continue so, and some men will be wise, that law is going to purge a lot of feminazis.
