My favorite threads are from the guys trolling through so called dating websites. I’ve been stuck on endless hours of standby at work and decided to strap in and blast off down the sewer pipes for a little comedy.

I started two profiles on POF, one male, one female. Downloaded a couple pictures from google images and put both profiles live around noon. I chose a big city and let the hits roll in.

The female has a kid, recently laid off, divorced, looking for a knight in shining armor, has a cat, likes wine, traveling and the finer things in life.

The man makes around a hundred grand, owns his home, no kids, never married and looks like He does cross fit.

By 2 pm I was frantically swiping left as her profile passed the 200 hit mark. I literally couldn’t keep up. It was overwhelming.

I went to the guys profile and found… 3 views, 1 message, of course it was a land whale making duck lips.

By the time I’m making this thread she has passed the 800 views/like mark.

The man is up to… 11 views, 3 messages

The best catfish profiles are the ones that come across as genuine. It’s basically a given that anyone who uploads only one photo is a catfish. Esp as it relates to women. Women LOVE taking pictures of themselves. It makes no sense for them to only post one on a dating site.

A couple tips for ya

have more than 1 picture. This is going to be difficult.
female account needs snap chat filters, kids, dogs, gym, friends at the bar, work, car selfie, at a baseball game, the hive, and some foreign travel, maybe horse, maybe motorcycle/atv

profile must have these words: independent woman, kids are my world/come first/are my everything, focused on career, looking to settle down, friends at first, no hookups. Do not forget, at least 3 adverbs in the profile.

Make sure your female account has a graduate degree on Match. Higher income women do not use POF.

I hope one-day someone will make a documentary out of online dating. Create a fake profile of fat single mother and then make all 500 drooling lowlife cucks arrive at the same place at the same time, all with flowers and green tie.

Nobody does it because it takes men to do stuff and men while pitying such lowlifes just see zero value in this, media would also be quiet, they need the population to think “online dating works”.

I had a similar thought. Maybe if I tell every guy to meet me at the same public place at the same time. Tell each one to wear a red baseball cap so I can pick them out.

Online dating also helped me A LOT in swallowing the red pill.

On there, the c~~~s did not see my status and personality and treated me like I was worthless.

Even the “worst” customers treated me a lot better and that’s when I dropped women completely from my menu.

Women are only friendly towards me when they see the 6 foot 3 “boss” in my shiny car and then suddenly – from one second to the next – STOP IGNORING ME!

Your results are not surprising at all, and I don’t think it has to do with the quality of the two fictitious characters much either.

Men are much more logical in their approach (fish with a net) and know that traditionally, they are suppose to make the first move. I have little doubt that these men have sent messages to every woman they think they might remotely be interested in. In some cases, they don’t even check out her profile, but just send a generic message to all of them. If one of them bites, they’ll evaluate them then.

On the other hand, women are just setting bait. They feel like making the first move means they are less desirable. I had date one several years back that even denied she contacted me first just to keep up the pretense that I pursued her, not the other way around.

You also have to realize that even the unattractive ones are getting some attention from net throwing men. Attention feeds their ego, making them feel like they are something special who doesn’t have to settle for a lesser guy and certainly doesn’t need to go looking for a guy herself. Hence, she can come to the conclusion that all the good men have gone, never considering that she might need to look for them and/or improve herself to catch one.

In some ways, I like the e-harmony approach better as it cuts down a bit on the ‘cast a net/set bait’ approach. We are still dealing with the modern woman though.
