I’m angery as hell right now from a redpill I just swallowed.

Friend of mine I a have known over 30 years died of cancer a few months ago. He was fairly well off – built a successful business. He was remarried for only four years to some worthless vagina before he passed. The widow gets everything. 401, life insurance, business and his kids got nothing and she won’t give them anything. I have known his kids when they were in kindergarten, they are in their 30’s now. I feel so much anger seeing them cheated this way by some gold digging whore.

Lesson: Marriage doesn’t just hurt the man it can destroy his kids too long after they have grown up. There is nothing good about marriage. IT IS A CONTRACT WITH THE DEVIL.

I really don’t understand these scenarios. IF (let’s pretend) I ever got married again, ALL of my assets would go to my kids. That wouldn’t even be up for debate. And the first sign of argument the whole thing would be off the table.

I don’t understand the mentality of a guy that leaves his life’s savings to a vagina over his own children.

He didn’t leave it to her he was making a will and died in middle of making it. The courts are biased to the wife.

Tough to understand motivations of man who has no will with cancer and adult kids, who gets manipulated by some bitch he met few years ago.

Some guys are just too easily influenced by females and there is nothing you can do about it, it was his choice.

With All Due Respect to Your Friend’s Memory, He was Blue to the Core, and that’s why HE CHOSE to re-marry at such an old age.

He Should have Realized, with a will, or without a will, the Legal System will Side with a WIFE.

I CAN’T UNDERSTAND, why ANY MAN will RE-MARRY, especially when he’s Older with Adult Children.

Why ANY MAN Would WANT and CHOOSE ANOTHER ANCHOR Around His Neck During his Senior Years just seems like a Recipe for an Early Grave.

I just F~~~in Shake THINKING About It.

If I make it out of this marriage ALIVE, There will NEVER be another for me to even contemplate.

MGTOW is a relatively new thing and not everyone has been exposed to it or the dangers of the family courts yet. F1 is just starting to wake people up.

Offtopic but what is going on, why alive ?

I agree on why it makes no sense to marry in later years, but some people have a problem with being alone i guess. I was always ok with being alone, even when in blue pill phase i was only chasing women to maybe have a kid and start a family. I am having problems understanding why being with someone if not for starting a family, anyway.

I still have more then a couple years before I can claim my Freedom, and we are ALL on borrowed time, and any of us may not get up for breakfast some morning. I didn’t mean to infer anything else then that.

I was just trying to make the point that HE CHOSE to get re-married, and he must have realized that being married his WIFE would inherit his assets upon his death, and his WIFE would probably be able to legally protest any will that he created during their marriage. I’m assuming that these things must have crossed your friend’s mind.

I don’t really think these are Red Pill/MGTOW Ideas, but generally understood when you choose to get married and or re-married.

If his kids were decent, then he was just an @sshole.

We just don't realize life's most significant events while they're happening. Back then, I thought, "Well, there'll be other days". I didn't realize that that was the only day. - "Moonlight" Graham

Sorry for your loss. But I hate to tell you this this is your friend’s fault for not setting up his will correctly. If he really gave a s~~~ about his children he would’ve had an ironclad will.

    sorry WAT.

a man does not need to hear of MGTOW.
I certainly did not know MGTOW when it first occured to me that marriage is useless… i was aged 8 or so. that was during the first Gulf war and the Internet was not even a thing back then.

MGTOW ideas are common sense, and common sense has been around for “just a little bit longer”.

A man remarries? I point and laugh.
No excuse for him, and none from me either.

Women lose. If the laws were just, I would remarry. The woman would get half my pension for life and full medical for life. Now, rather than me getting the guaranteed financial rape by getting married that potential windfall to a woman will just go away.

When the government fails, the women will be homeless or cat ladies.

    That was convenient.

Perhaps he died a little earlier than he might have done.

I am NOT a lawyer, but from life’s experiences from others and a few years of LAW, I can say this:

If he died without a will, he died “Intestate.” What that means is the gov’t (local court) decides how to divy up his estate Along a PRE-Determined format.
    again; if no will…..
    Creditors are paid FIRST
    Next in line is the spouse (current}
Then comes family members starting with Children by age. Oldest to youngest.
The spouse can usually receive up to 1/2 of the residual after the creditors are paid.
So… the children should get something.
It is ultimately up to the court to decide who gets what percentage of the left over estate.
    eg: wife – gets 1/2
3 surviving children directly related to deceased: 1/3 each of the 2nd half that is left.

If he had a will and was trying to re-write a new version and died before completing it, then the old will has validity.
Those are general rules: they can differ in other countries.

Marry again, Hell NO ! ( Even JESUS was hung on a cross just once)
