Asians tend to last longer because of the diet. It is high in fish (Omega 3), many vegetables and almost zero beef. The lifestyle in Asia is usually physically active, like a lot of walking. They don’t put on the weight as much as Americans. I’ve seen some where I just wondered what happened. I couldn’t believe that the 20 something hottie turned into wrinkly old granny.

No; I live in Asia. It’s the non-westernized diet that isn’t highly focused on processed food although that’s changing. Also just genes and the humid weather, I’d say. People do exercise but I’d say less than western people and certainly not as strenuously.

It is so variable. If she cranks out a couple kids, smokes, drinks, or lives on fast / processed food, she could hit the wall before 30. If she takes care of herself, it could go into the 40’s. A few Hollywood types are attractive into their 60’s, but with tremendous effort and cost.
