Some of those were self inflicted. By that I mean, they cut their hair or something that made them look less attractive.

There’s a woman at work who’s done that. I’ve only been working at this location for about 3 years, yet she looks like she’s aged about a dozen…just because she went from shoulder length hair to a some spikey number. It makes no sense to me.

There is an unbelievable standard out there that says as a woman ages her hair gets shorter and lighter. I might even encourage this, she at least looks like a woman.

Aged, but feminine. A woman who accepts time passing and exudes her best self. Still AWALT, but at least realistic.
