Hey guys, my name is Michael. I live in Florida and just turned 33 in January. I’ve been an introvert for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t till my parents split and I got into singing, that I started coming out of my shell. Music was a big part in boosting my confidence. For the longest time I was taking the blue pill. Putting women on a pedestal, trying to be the “gentleman”, gawking from afar, and at times being so crippled, that in my younger years I was afraid to approach. A lot of inner work, and taking the time to study how the blue pillers’ worked their “game” on girls, and I started to figure things out. I spent 2 years studying social interactions. Trying to pay attention to all the little details.

The biggest challenge that I thought at the time, which has really turned into a blessing, is I realized early on that I didn’t want to get married. I watched my own father crumble under a divorce, and one of his older brothers had been going through a nasty one involving kids at the same time. One of my dad’s younger brothers would go through one a mere two years later. So watching three men on my dad’s side of the family end up in terrible divorces, two of them having kids involved, I saw how nasty things could be. I was determined at that point that I didn’t want kids, I didn’t want marriage. Something my own family has questioned me on several times.

I would say that while at times I’ve struggled to become more of an extrovert, I’m still an introvert. An asexual introvert. I never really cared about sex, or the concept of always trying to get laid like most guys do, which always had me thinking in my earlier years that something was wrong with me. Which looking at now, has made my journey to this point… Here and now, having discovered this site from a friend, much easier than it could have been as far as the journey is concerned. I will say, that being able to sing comes with perks, however, a constant issue with women I’ve noticed having been on the plantation is the attention I get from “unavailable” women. Or in general dealing with women who talk a big game about exchanging numbers, doing stuff etc, but always flake out.

But more than that, is the unwanted attention I get from the “over 40” club. Or as folks on here refer to them as – “the ones who hit the wall”. In the beginning I didn’t understand it, and grew increasingly frustrated with it. Having watched a few videos on here, and having read the posts, now I understand it. It makes sense. It’s not often I get the opportunity to string women along. Last night was one of those nights. Ironically, I think I can safely say, I understand why women do it so much.

Anyways, there’s still a lot of my story to tell, but I didn’t feel like writing a novel about it. I’m sure parts will come out over time. I just wanted to take some and introduce myself. I’m glad I found this place.

It looks to me like we have a lot in common, much else of what you wrote as well. Some of us, i think … were born without the silly “i need to go pick up chicks tonight” gene, even though we were still blue pill men in our past, just in other ways.

    Welcome aboard Michael.

What’s wrong with my profile picture?

I think Macho was just giving some advice based on how negatively MGTOW are perceived by the gynocentric bunch. Letting people know that you’re MGTOW is essentially painting a target on your back. Manginas have killed people for less.

    But hey, your call!

Welcome Michael! It’s great to have you here. Please keep posting, this is our community and our voice.

I think singing is probably one of the most liberating things a man can do. Bravery to let your voice free. Cheers to you man.

Welcome Michael, glad you found us. I was thinking you could deter the post-wallers by making it clear you’re asexual? Let’s face it the only thing most women have to offer is a “meat hole”, as someone once put it.

I could be wrong but i think what Macho meant is that’s maybe not a good idea to use a face pic as an avatar. Many men here choose to go “stealth” and not reveal their views in public. Sadly, there are lots of misandrists who screen-print postings and try to shame us.

Meh. I see the point, but if I was worried about what people thought then I’d be a blue pill beta male. There isn’t a consequence I can’t overcome. And in 33 years I’ve had a lot of consequences. Between having the nerve in my right ear crushed to the point I haven’t been able to hear in it since I was born, to having a shunt put in my skull because of a birth defect… Wondering about what people think of me doesn’t do anything positive for me. I can put myself out there and people can be on board, or they can curse from the sidelines. Their choice.

Michael, just wondering, do you bowl? And, did you take my rug?

Welcome brother. Nice path you’re on.

    Welcome.

You have dodged a bullet. Some people instinctively see females for what they are. You spend years studying social interactions you said. This will show you how f~~~ed up men have it when we do what society tells us to do.

Follow your own path. MGTOW is not about any path but the recognition of your own sovereignty.

You have lost nothing by not playing a one-sided game.

Again, your choice, but many men on this forum have lost jobs because they made their views known at work. I would definitely be fired if I used my real face and my boss or one of my coworkers saw it on this site. I love my job, so I DO care about what people think, not because I’m blue pill, but because I see no reason to inflict unnecessary pain on myself by broadcasting my views to people who are offended because PB&Js might be racist.
