I don’t think the glass ceiling needs fixing, it’s the wage gap that needs to be re-adjusted.
These ingrate bitches still aren’t happy with 17.5% so why give it to them.
Times are tough and fleshlights are getting more advanced and expensive, and my lube bill is off the charts.
I think we need to push the gap out to at least 25% to compensate and also to give them something to really bitch about.
If someone proposes 30%, I’ll second it at the meeting.
