Lack of courage leads to depression, anxiety, and poor self-worth.

Have the courage to be happy. Every man knows what makes him happy. He chooses to be a c~~~ for things he can’t change to avoid changing things he can.

F~~~ c~~~s- men or women. Living life is an art.

Motivation porn doesn’t make good transition to real life world. Actions do.

Regardless, good share. However, summary is: DON’T BE A COWARDLY C~~~!

    Mickey, you’re hilarious.

To everyone else, alcohol is a depressant…don’t drink. (or atleast watch how much you use). Also, don’t use anti-depressants, period. If you are on them currently, ween yourself off slowly and permanently.

Do new things, change routines, get out and breath air, see green grass and swim in blue water. F~~~ing experience life. Your brain WILL release happy-feel good chemicals.

Ignore bulls~~~ about yesterday (anger) or tomorrow (fear). Live right now. If your job sucks, quit. If you need time off, take it. Write your own script. You only live once.

Ive been watching these videos about this guy who hikes the Continental Divide trail! New Mexico all the way to Canada, 2800 miles! Your first world problems and insecurities are stupid, go camping and hiking for a hot minute.

    “Happy” is an emotion.

    Emotions come and go.

It’s NOT realistic to think that one can be “Happy” 24/7/365.

Personally, I’m Striving for longer periods of contentment and peace of mind, but even this is not a permanent state.

Into everyone’s Life Some S~~~ Shall Tumble; It’s part of the human condition, and the best we can do is try and not let it f~~~ us up for to long, and do our best to get back to a state of contentment as soon as we can.

For me, No F~~~s Given is Very Powerful, and I’m trying to make it more influential DAILY, and even that’s an ONGOING PROCESS.

Regardless. It’s heavy stuff. I feel for those effected by this on a day to day basis. I count my blessings.

    Peace is > piece.

A man depressed is no different than a post-waller falling off of c~~~ carousel who has been ‘hurt and betrayed by men cuz uhhh men are such pigs’.

Grab your b~~~~, go out and take action. Or let big pharma liquify your neurons in the name of ‘treatment’.

Whenever someone is depressed – their habits are counterproductive to their own expectations. They do one thing, expect another. They rationalize as to why the outcome is what it is without making efforts to change their own actions. The eventual depression is lack of insight and as I said earlier – courage.

To those ‘depressed’ – Stop being a victim. No one cares for you, dear man. At least learn to care for yourself by yourself.

Or learn how to grab depression by the hair, pull back hard and whisper in her ear that she’s a dirty little slut before f~~~ing her hard, pulling out and cumming on her girlfriend, anxiety’s face.

    Skydive. . .

Get out of a plane at about 12,000 feet, land without a scratch and depression no longer has a hold. Conquer things in life that are more powerful than depression & anxiety then neither one of them stand a chance at locking on.

In order for depression and anxiety to lock on, there needs to be a flaw in the machine to begin with. Men are born stronger than they think they are. It is society and warped social conditioning (starting at an early age) that plants cancerous seeds within a perfect machine.

Rise above it. Depression and anxiety are elusive sluts that can not often be defeated in hand to hand combat.

Find other things that are inherently more powerful than depression and anxiety, like fear: Embrace it, f~~~ it, own it and conquer it – Then depression and anxiety won’t stand a chance.

This. Courage is the greatest virtue because with it one can practise the others.

Courage is needed to cast off all the expectations and judgements of society and to go it alone. You need courage to give up all the bulls~~~ and become a ‘nobody’. Courage to reject the artificial and the insane. Courage to live honest and true.

I don’t know many people that aren’t depressed or anxious in some way. Many are taking pills for their fabricated disorders. Half the time I feel I’m in a museum observing all these weirdly acting f~~~ers around me. It’s amusing.

I chose self medication through deep introspection and understanding followed by corrective thinking/action.
