Over Intellectualizing basic concepts.

I’m not a philosophy major, or even a philosophy minor. So my most likely made up term “Over Intellectualizing” is inspired by what I have seen so often displayed by people of the Left.

To me some things in life are just basic common sense. They are what they are.

I recently read an article that was titled “Abortion is not evil” now to me there could be nothing more evil than killing an unborn baby just because the mother feels she made a mistake. It’s also notable that most Pro Abortion people would be Anti Death Penalty, so again we have a contradiction based on their Leftardation.

So I was reading the comments which are for me usually far more interesting and intelligent than the article, one man wrote;

“Nothing evil about abortions”.

So killing unborn human beings isn’t inherently evil?

And yes, I know some will jump on here claiming they aren’t human or life yet, but I think that is a rather Leftie way of looking at it. “

So pretty simple, right? Well a Leftard responded with,

“Well unless you have an absolute frame of reference, there is no such thing as good or evil. Everything is relative. Such being the case it is impossible for anything to be “inherently evil”, including “killing unborn human beings”.

Maybe that is why such people are inherently opposed to the concept of such an absolute frame of reference or deity. “

So, I’m sorry if I am coming across as stupid here but we are talking about killing babies. When did it become a discussion on religion and sin?

So where do you guys sit? Do you think over intellectualizing basic concepts is actually a way of dehumanizing us and making light of major topics?

In a world of absolute logic it’s the murder of a human being.

We no longer live in a world of logic.

The female persuasion has based everything on emotion, and unlike logic, emotion shifts like sand in a riptide, except this riptide is tearing apart living human beings and selling them in a murderous meat market. What goes around comes around, what comes around goes around.

Seems like those leftards belevie in the pseudoscience of postmodernism. Well, as one of the brightest minds of the 20th century, Karl Popper , put it :
‘No rational argument will have a rational effect on a man who does not want to adopt a rational attitude.’.
Sadly , this is the position most of this people will adopt. Just sink into their own feelings and dogmatic beliefs, and start closing their ears while singing lalalalalalalala I can’t hear you , I can’t hear you.

The mind of a postmodernist it’s entirely solipsistic, only it’s own “version of reality” exists, only his “arguments” are correct, only his “morals” are the right ones, only his “approved theories” are correct.
Is it then any surprise there are so so so many women in postmodernist dominated fields like psychology, sociology and antropology ?. In a mindset where everything they want to believe is true and correct, and everyone who disagrees is wrong (cause “subjectivity” ), they can proclaim themselves the “queens of “unfailable reason”.

As such, trying to shed reason and enlightment into to mind of a postmodernist is utterly futile.

I am pro abortion, but only if the man and woman agree that it’s for the best. If a woman is raped, she is allowed to abort the baby. If the woman decides on a whim that she’d rather not take the responsibility of becoming a mom after enjoying the c~~~ carousel and getting knocked up by Chad, I’m conflicted, but it’s better to have the fetus aborted than having another c~~~ draining a random guy of his money.

Why? I am not trying to be a “dick” (I do not believe in abortion either) but one has to understand that intellectualism (or thoughts in general) is a form of force and a more deadly one.

“Why?” is a sword to the mind and heart. You have to understand this, that most fights are not strictly physical but one of “forms”. Over intellectualizing is basically when one takes something and “breaks it down”
or “creates blocks” with which to build an idea or thought. Ideas form the world in more ways than we can observe or know. Hell, the ipad was/is just an idea and look out that manifested itself.

As to the “motives” or “beliefs” of why one is “breaking” or “building” something is a separate conversation.

Speaking of “why”, here is a fun experiment to try. When someone expresses an idea or belief ask them “why” after each explanation. They will not get past the third “why”.

No one knows what they are doing, they just do what they know which is why all
people are weak and dumb.

@john Doe – Yep. I love asking the why’s. I love to see how long it takes them to start contradicting themselves or becoming aggressive or just shouting “Because you’re a Nazi!” or some s~~~.

Leftards and Intellectuals hate being asked why because they are zealots who just assume they have the moral and intellectual high ground. When they have to start explaining they don’t do too well.
