It’s quite a feat looking at the microscopic level all the way to bigger social, non-biological manifestations.

The science behind Y chromosome is that is the sole factor responsible for determining the male sex. By default everyone is a female. Until Y starts claiming the biological territory.

So even at the most basic molecular level men have more. More complexities, more evolution, more refinements.
