She opened her heart to me as I learned all her plight
I listened from the start as I yearned to hold her tight

    She laid bare Ontologically
    I dared to care nonpathologically

Shared herself as all she is
As I stared into her abyss

    Played as a parody
Betrayed in a taunt of tragedy

The depths of her windows were turnt
    Yet beneath a fire burnt

    Behind the decadent delicacy
Belied a precedent state of decency

    A determined brow
That undermined the present hate somehow

    Strove against the stagnate
    Whilst all the while
The kindness in her never abates

    Eros never gave a chance
    The lack of love
    The loss of romance

    Yet still she advance

    The expanse of her strength
    Has no length

Is painting of any description popular in the US? Might sound a silly question, but do you have art galleries as we have here?
Needs a lot focus and touch control to paint. Always admire when one expresses themselves through art.

Painting is a hobby and tradition, that is neglected, forgotten, quality eroded and undervalued here in America.

Sure, we have (quote with facetious rabbit ears) “galleries” but they are full of abominable examples of “Fine Art.”

I can rant at length about the lack of appreciation for what constitutes REAL art these days, and all the crap that has ruined the industry from the outside and from within… but whats the point? No one cares.

I used to think, this is a huge curse but now Im starting to realize the opportunity that is presented to me. 100 years from now, people will reflect back on the early 21st century and say, “That was a time, from the 1990’s through the 2030s, that very few masterpieces were created because the Lazy people of that Era were engrossed in digital denial and when they werent busy wasting their lives on devices and software, they were deluding themselves with fake abstract art.”

In short, REAL OIL PAINTERS are so fccking rare today, that in 100 years, myself and a very few others will be consider the Artist of the this Era. The only REAL ARTISTS that used Oil Mediums in hand to create REAL images and employed the elements and principles of design as set down by the MAsters before us. We didnt glob tubes of paint without a plan onto a canvas and call it “abstract Art” and try to get $2000 for it. We didn’t create digital paintings with cheater’s software that grants immunity from error and then sh!ts the painting out of a Printer so you dont even have to buy a jar of odorless paint thinner. Sh!t, you dont even need to buy a brush…

All the phonies and talentless POSERS of our time are a GIFT for the REAL ARTISTS LIKE ME who have so much skill. Their gayass art is a convenient distraction and it frees up the reigns for REAL ARTIST’s work to become timeless and remembered in the next century. All these f~~gy digital artists WILL BE TRASHED and forgotten from pages of history. Only real talent will be remembered. Only REAL paintings will be cherished and saved for generations. Fake sh!t gets tossed in the dumpster.

I remember going to the Tate gallery in Liverpool(major city in the North). Couldn’t believe what constituted as “art” An unmade bed, a light switch, and a turd in a toilet were the classics that are/were imprinted into my cerebellum.

Keep at it, it is a talent you have there. I would enjoy seeing your stuff when they are finished.
